I needed a portable heater for my father because his quit working during the night. But the shelves were empty. I asked an associate if they had any in the back. She said no and that I should go to customer service to see if they have any heaters returned. They did, and I bought it with a discount. My dad's room was warm again.I wish I could remember the associates name. Thank you to her.

Went to buy a laptop that we found online. The customer service we rcvd in making our selection was excellent, knowledgeable, and quick. He even apologized for my wait. This individual should be training the staff. We had almost given up on this store!
