Just not very friendly at all. Awkward as hell. Like they shouldn’t even be at a job where people have to go in the store. Brick and mortar they don’t hire well for their employees. Just a bad location.

Ram, an associate at this location, went above and beyond in every way imaginable. From the moment I walked into the store, I noticed how attentively he was helping another customer, and I hoped I would have the same experience. To my delight, I did — and even more.
I was looking for several items for a family gathering and was honestly a bit overwhelmed. Ram noticed that I looked unsure and immediately offered assistance, even though he was clearly busy. He didn’t just point me in the general direction of the items I needed — he personally walked me to each section, helped me compare product options, and made thoughtful recommendations that actually saved me money and time.
What stood out the most wasn’t just his helpfulness, but his genuine kindness and professionalism. He was patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell he really cares about the customer experience. In a world where so many people seem to be rushing through their work, Ram showed what true customer service looks like — friendly, thorough, and human.
I even saw him greet a few returning customers by name — they clearly knew and appreciated him, and now I know why. He brings consistency, positivity, and trust to this Walmart store. That kind of service is rare these days.
It’s employees like Ram who make a difference and keep customers coming back. If you’re shopping at Walmart #9427, ask for Ram you won’t regret it. He sets the gold standard for what every retail associate should be.
Walmart is lucky to have him, and so are we as customers.

The store had quite a bit of clearance sales on gardening, walkway lights and children's clothes. I was easily checked out and no wait time.

Since this particular store has been remodeled, it has been really nice to see additional new products. Love just walking around the store and finding things I never thought I would find.

Called the automotive today at 12:15. Each time I called for 40 minutes straight I was placed on hold after about eight minutes. I would hang up. I made about four calls then I called the store to speak to manager. I was on hold for eight or so minutes I hung up worst customer service ever.

Customer service sucks here. It doesn't matter it you buy at another store or online, as long as I have a receipt, there shouldn't be any questions regarding my return. The lady from the service desk is rude. She talk to other people like they don't understand English.
