Buyer Beware-
Ordered groceries, did not get delivered, does not answer the phone, customer care support tries to help, but even they can't get through to the store.
The app has changed status multiple times from delivered to going to be delivered to delayed. Shopper never respond to charge and they hold your money.
I begged them to cancel.
Never had an issue with the Culebra store, this store sucks. They don't even answer calls from the Walmart call center.
Everyone in charge of this store should be fired. They have major problems and they do not respond. They hold money, don't update delivery status and do not have reliable drivers and respond to issues. But what they do well is holding up your money and not updating your delivery status.

Unless it’s an emergency and you don’t have to interact with any of their reject employees, I’d say go ahead and stop here. For anything else find yourself a full-size Walmart. These “geniuses” here will just pass you and your concern down the line what they don’t tell u is that no one there knows what they are doing or how their fancy Walmart pay works. Apparently none of the employees received training on it. They’ll shut down and just repeat themselves over and over in hopes you’ll get tired of asking and just walk away. Do yourself a favor don’t bother coming in. You’ll either get followed by several employees who don’t try and hide the fact that they are following you cause they think you’re stealing to them just not knowing or pretending to know how to help when you do ask for help. So all and all just stay away

I enjoy going here in the evening after wk. About 1023 I put groceries in my car, I just got the car, I parked in handicap, and walked my cart back to front of store. I walk to my car and I'm a couple steps from the rear of car and the cart boy hits my car hard. With carts and his body because he pushed his body off my car Im sure it's on the camera. A quick sorry and that's it. I tried calling the store several times and no answer. Hence this rant. I can walk. But at times I have trouble walking and I didn't have my cane. There are scratches on my car that were not there before. Look at the video walmart. Not cool. I will be contacting walmart in the morning. Maybe someone will help me at that time.

overall no issues, however there are never enough baskets to shop, and it isn't due to the fact everyone is using one, there's only 6-8 from what I counted. Some need to be put on order. constantly have to ask selfcheckout for one and doesnt seem they are making an attempt to grab them and put them up front by their feet let alone the front door when shoppers are done with them. small store = more small baskets.
I will note I asked the self check out for one, and rather than looking to see if one is sitting unused under the counters I got "oh they most all be in use" went and got one myself
otherwise lines are quick, store is coldest store which I love, and nearby making it
convenient
please order baskets

Pretty cool little place, got what you need and I crowds. The security cameras though are annoying as all heck! Dinging every minute.

This is actually a nice little store. They keep it well stocked and clean, and the people are friendly. It’s a lot easier to get in and out of than the larger Walmarts.

Quick and convenient. Easy to get in and get out, but still a great selection. And the same price as big Walmart! The majority of checkout aisles are self-checkout making it even simpler to get what you need quickly.
One complaint: It is cold in this store.

The customer service woman, who wears a mask, who by the way, wears it without covering her nose, has a terrible attitude. I tried to buy a money order for 900.00 and he wouldn't sell it to me because I didn't have my ID with me. I understand that it is only required if it is greater than a thousand. I was not careful to take her name. today Feb 29, 2024 at 10 am
