I worked with Roger and his team about a week ago and they were all phenomenal! All my items were treated with care. They took the time to wrap and pack everything well so it was not damaged in transit. Delivery was equally as smooth and Roger and his team are honest and transparent. If you're looking for honest and efficient people to work with, definitely give them a call.

When my company moved my family to Texas, they said the movers would have to spend two full days packing our house and then another day to load our household goods. I was then informed that it would take them about a week to deliver my items.
Roger, the team leader, and his crew showed up early the first day and they had over 3/4 of my house packed by the time they left for the night. The next morning, they worked with such efficiency that they finished the rest of my house, my garage and had all my household goods loaded into the truck before 7pm. A full day sooner than what I was predicted.
When I arrived in my new town, I was not expecting them to show up to deliver my goods till the following Saturday. I was surprised when I received a call on Wednesday saying that they would be dropping off my items on Thursday, a full two days before the scheduled timeline.
His crew were friendly, courteous and helpful. They treated my house as if we were family and I would be more than happy to have them move me again.
I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough great things about this entire process. From Jaden coming in and making it more about being part of the family vs just business. Yvonne always being helpful with grabbing extra boxes from their warehouse. And most importantly the crew of guys today (Clint, Clint Jr and Merrik) Exceptional customer service and exceptional experience!

My experience with Ward was great from the start. But, my experience with the moving crew was exceptional. Roger Suarez and his crew are the best! They were courteous and professional. After the packing and loading in Texas and unloading in Colorado, they felt like family! They have my highest recommendation!

Horrible moving experience. You have to watch them very closely. Several items arrived damaged, items are randomly packed, items are missing. Terrible experience wouldn’t recommend at all. My company paid for this move so I had no choice but avoid this company by all means if you can. Claim process is a nightmare, movers will try and make it seem like it’s your fault. Literally watched one guy drop my nightstand off hand truck and deny causing damage. Moving is already stressful and Ward / Beltmann definitely makes it worse!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Ward Representatives gave us a fair estimate and worked with us on our scheduled move. They kept us informed at every step and were prompt with the arrangements. Phil, our driver, directed his local San Antonio area crew to get us loaded and on the road on time. Our delivery was as scheduled and again Phil managed the local team to unload our belongings and reassemble in place. We were pleased with the move and highly recommended Ward North American.

From a truck driver to truck drivers: I had a 12 PM appointment, arrived at 11 AM and there was no line. Got a door right away and they loaded a full trailer fast. Load was light, check-in was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Huge space to maneuver, clean yard, and a clean restroom in the office. Great place to come to.
