It's a descent carwash a little crowded with all the new services. Not as quiet as once before but overall we'd go bk to using this carwash. I will reccomend.

I contemplated writing a review but I need to share my experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a business and the only reason I didn’t write a review sooner was because of the primary owner, Ben. I took my nice Mercedes to get a simple wash and inside detailing. I left and when I got to where I was going, I took out my water bottle only to find that they had scratched and dented my middle console. When I went back, the manager at that location said, “I should have mentioned it to you before you left.” So, he was hoping I didn’t see it. Then he told me only to communicate with him and not Ben. He told me it would take 3-4 days to get back to me with getting a part to replace it. I told him I was only going to get it replaced at Mercedes. I called Mercedes and they quoted me at $700 to replace it. Thankfully Ben contacted me and offered to give me the $700 which he did. However, when I took it to Mercedes they had to order an additional piece due to the damage and it was going to cost $850. Needless to say, I paid $150 out of pocket for their wrongdoing and I didn’t even get a refund on the car wash or any compensation for the inconvenience they caused me.Service: Auto detailing
