Despite this being a small service item, I was met by Emily, and was treated as if I was the most important customer of the day. She was friendly, helpful, professional and arranged for the service. The watch was promised back in 3 to 5 days and it was repaired and ready in that time. At pick up, again staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. What a great feeling to go in for a small item in a high budget store and to be treated as if you were , buying the big items. I’ll be back.”

Big on Citizen Eco. They can be depended on to replace watch batteries while you wait for a reasonable price in almost any watch. Once they were hesitant to replace the battery in one of my Tags, because the battery had to be ordered. I've had a gold necklace clasp changed to a lobster-style clasp. They did a nice job, not damaging the necklace. Give them a try.”

“I took my sterling silver diamond tennis necklace to be repaired after I broke it being careless. I've lived in San Antonio for 13 years and I've just discovered the greatest jewelry repair shop and team... I've ever encountered in my almost 47 years on this great planet. I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later. The young men (who are also siblings) who run the shop are excellent examples of diligence, pride, and high quality work. They were very personable and professional. I paid a quarter of what I anticipated it to be and the outcome was phenomenal. I plan on making Hi-Tone Jewelry my got jeweler in perpetuity.
