One star simply for the bad smell. I drove to this location bc of good reviews but as soon as I walked in it smells like SEWER, VERY STRONG ODOR. I let a lady that works there know that it smells very bad, I don’t trust the cleanliness of this place. I’ve been to other laundromats and ended up with clothes that smell musty and they were much cleaner than this place. I do not recommend wasting your time coming to this location.

Very clean inside and outside. The attend at this location was very. They have change machine and 🏧. They have different size loaders.

Used WaveMAX’s wash, dry, and fold services, twice, on my last trip and the service was awesome. Amanda was super friendly and professional, and the laundry that was dropped off smelled and felt amazing when I got it back. Same day service was WAY quicker than advertised, which was also amazing. Great job, y’all, I’ll definitely be using your services on my next visit.

Needed a place to dry my laundry after my dryer quit working. Looked up close laundromats and found this gem!
Jessica and Nora have always been helpful, pleasant and professional. Walked me through how to use the machines and each time I have seen them, asked me how I’m doing with a great big smile.
Not wanting to fix my dryer anytime soon!!!

Very nice. These efficient washers don't give you the same satisfying deluge you're used to but they do the job well.
If you're seeking welcome, that my friend is becoming increasingly rare.

I havnt been to a laundromat in years, but I just moved and am waiting on my new washer and dryer to come in. Machines are new and prices are great. They have free Wi-Fi, and the place is well kept. On top of all this the employees are very nice and assist everyone that needs it. If I ever need to use a laundromat again, it will be this spot.

We have no complaints about this laundromat. Very please with the service. Constantly being cleaned. Workers are friendly and respectful and on top of things. I really appreciate how the workers are very observant on who is in and out of the place, makes the time being there safe. Very organized. ??

Love this laundry facility the staff is great and friendly Nora is super awesome always smiling and greets me when I walk in the door she evens offers to help me to hold the door open so I won’t struggle with my laundry baskets.This location on Jackson Keller I has super washers and dryers and bathroom always clean. Won’t go anywhere to do my laundryJessica is another laundry attendant that is helpful and friendly wave max needs more attendants like Nora & Jessica .V.Ramirez
