Patrick was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to help me and was helping other customers without losing any customer service. My wife and I have purchased alcohol at this store several times and they always take care of their customers. It is great awesome customer service when it seems to be lacking at many places. We will continue to support this location. Go check it out!

Went to the wb store today at Costco. When I walked into I was greeted by Sarah and Mark Anthony. They helped me find something new. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and organized. Will definitely be back.

I had to get a bottle of Whiskey for a birthday party and I don’t know much about alcohol as I don’t drink. Mark anthony was spectacular and extremely helpful with the selection and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the differences to me and helped me select something or my boss’ party that was a huge hit! I will continue to come back simply based on Mark Anthony’s superb customer service.

They do not stand by their product. Purchased a spoiled bottle of wine, and the store would not allow me to return or exchange the product. Waste of money. Rude staff. Would not recommend
