Came from far to do a purchase here I needed extra cash to complete my purchase when to this bank to get and they where not able to give me my own money because they needed to proof of ID give them my driver license didn’t accepted that not even the branch manager René Montoya helo out on nothing worst bank ever

No drive through “costumer service is very slow” so be ready to wait in line for 20/30 mins only 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon @ 1:30 that’s how it usually is daily. management needs to do a better job on making lines flow smoothly given the fact they’re only walk-in... they got thick bullet proof glass when talking to a rep.. only positive is the inside is clean

Yet another branch reminding me why I shouldn't have come back to Wells Fargo. I drove an additional 4 miles to get to this location because the branch two blocks from work continually produces bad experiences. Now this one has done the same. Go in, need to make a deposit, get a direct deposit form, and some temp checks (opened my account online and never received a welcome kit as it indicated I would, containing these items). Stand in line for a bit, my turn, tell the teller what 3 things I'm needing to accomplish. Tells me he can only do the deposit. Get in next line for a banker. Banker tells me I need to see a teller for the temp checks. Can someone make up their minds?!?!?! Banker takes me back to teller line for checks, acting like he's doing me a favor by waiving the fee for the checks I should've been provided to begin with. Then I had to go back to the banker again for the direct deposit form. Stupid annoyed with Wells Fargo and their lack of customer service. Might be time to look for another option. Love the convenience of moving money to my kids accounts easily. But that convenience isn't proving to be worth the other hassles.

My mother is old school and likes to go into the bank and do all her transactions there. Today she went to ask for copies of her statements for the last calendar year. She was told it would be $5 per month. Funny thing is she's done this before and never had to pay. I called Wells Fargo customer service and they said there's no such policy to pay for such a request. The tellers also refused to provide a service in Spanish even though the teller helping her has helped her in Spanish before. My mom left humiliated. She will not be coming back to this branch.

I love them I have tried several banks as the years have passed but I will be staying with wells Fargo they are great fast with service eager to help out I love this location always so welcoming they handled my dispute quickly one someone did an unauthorized purchase with my card they do a great job
