I've been here nearly 90 minutes to move 4 places to number 2. What a horrible place for commercial banking!

Would give 0 stars if possible, ATM machine is constantly broken. It may as well be a walk up only since drive thru is always either not functioning properly or out of service. Have to switch banks to avoid driving 6 miles to get cash.

My mother came to open an account and they scheduled her an appointment at 10:00am. We went to the appointment and they were having a meeting. Why would you schedule a meeting and appointment with customers at the same time. Shows lack of consideration management has for its customers time and lack of communication they have for eachother.We waited almost 30 minutes.

Two tellers,15 people ahead o me,more in back o me,yet Miss Beatrice friendly, informative, efficient, VERY patient, answered my questions,all with a smile. Hope she's getting paid enough, she's earning it

Whether I’m depositing one, two or four deposits I shouldn’t have to be pushed to the side due to “having too much change.” I waited in line for 30 minutes just like everyone else. The fact that the bank is short staffed shouldn’t be an issue on the members. I got asked to step aside while they helped two other members that were behind me.

Don’t bother coming here, not enough tellers to help waited over an hour in line and girls kept gossip of previous customers issues. A lady with a sparkling necklace would emerge from back area but not help out just look over the current two tellers and disappear in the back. One teller stated they are hiring if the current customer knew anyone that wanted to work at a bank. Another was heard saying the branch office on military drive was closed teller said yes she had come from there. If you are manager of a branch office on a Friday around 2pm and on know that you’ll be busy with all checks cashing and people needing to cash checks and all please schedule more tellers then or get out there and help as well. Only reason for me there is I needed $2bills. lol don’t ask why ?

This location NEVER has enough tellers. Lines are always long and average wait time is ridiculous. ATM machine outside was not working. Waited over an hour to just do a withdraw. Tellers are extremely nice and patient.

While I'm fond of Wells Fargo, having opened an account with them in August, I find it frustrating that they hold checks for weeks before releasing them for verification. Additionally, my experience at this branch was disappointing, with excessively long lines and slow check-cashing processes. There's a need for improved management and customer service efficiency to enhance the overall experience. A 45-minute to an hour wait to cash a check is excessively lengthy.

Horrible!!!! The atms never work . It’s so annoying! Even the one on military. And here I am standing in this long as line in the cold pregnant just to get off for the atm and then it’s out of money !!!! If I could give it ZERO stars I would .

It is not the people, but more so the lack of help the company is willing to provide. Hang in there (staff), always nice and courteous. Positive comments for Positive staff, the 1 star review is for the company to take action.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been to. Waited In line for 2 hours before I got up to the teller window. Make sure to take the day off if you have any business to attend to here at this bank

The worst branch in San Antonio there's people running around the back not doing anything Management's laughing and they have 10 people in line and their full for appointments all day. Let's see if I can receive service from another branch of Wells Fargo I'm trying to give you all a chance if my experience has changed I shall change my review I applied for a bank account online it said it couldn't identify my information that I needed to go to a branch I went to the branch and the branch told me I need an appointment. Why didn't the email give me an option to have an appointment if I need an appointment to open up the bank account that the emails telling me about to go to a branch.
