Don't visit them. Apparently, they're understaffed, and the staff they have doesn't have the slightest idea about customer service. I sat there for over 20 minutes, and no one could help me. They watched me sit and ignored me. No one came over to tell me what I needed. It's truly the worst store I've ever visited.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve NEVER been to a Wells Fargo and been treated so rudely as I was here. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years…20!! And I usually go to ATMs to deposit cash, no big deal, right? I just have had tellers who have miscounted my money before and so I hardly go inside. Anyways. Seeing as they have a 30 bill limit. I had to do multiple transactions, I always take pauses if anyone else gets behind me, and then once they leave go back. You COULD SEE I’m DEPOSITING CASH, not taking it. However I had not one…but TWO different employees (who looked to be managers) come out separate occasions to check if I put something on the ATM. Meanwhile they were PEAKING OUT THE WINDOWS, to SEE I was DEPOSITING CASH. Are you serious??? That was extremely rude and absolutely uncalled for. Needless to say I will NEVER be coming to this damn location ever again. I should have read the reviews, apparently they’re known for being awful and rude here. Word of advice, DO BETTER, work on your social skills, and hospitality. I could understand if I was loitering and acting weird. But if you are PEAKING out the window and looking at what I’m doing on the ATM, that’s weird, but you could clearly see I wasn’t planting anything. I had my small wallet and my phone. What could I do? Hide a card read machine in my damn leggings? Or my thin TINY wallet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Would give this place negative stars if I could. Manager is a joke and is so lazy, use to be a good place to come and do business but I see Wells Fargo continues to go down hill. Don’t waste your time here just switch banks before it’s too late.

So called 8 times today, once from right out in front of the branch. No one answered. I asked the large man with the beard why they don't answer their phone. He said he was busy with customers. Interestingly enough, no one was in the branch. He also said that they were too busy to rent me a safe deposit box, and I would have to make an appointment again in an empty lobby. Well, after 23 years, I am done with Wells Fargo and PNC right across the street, which has better hours and time to sign me up right now.

These people are the worst banking system I have ever witnessed. Customer service tells you one thing, in the bank tells you another, and then you finally jump through all their hoops and they refuse to help you because they aren't sure they have enough time before closing even though they are holding your account hostage. Despicable behavior.

Drive thru line too slow, narrow drive with no way to get out of line if you don't want to wait. I felt trapped and when it was finally my turn, I escaped without doing my transaction. I just wanted to get away.

Did not want to do this but John the ‘manager’ at this location has mismanaged his staff to the point where sometimes we’re allowed to have service and sometimes not depending on the teller. We’re a multimillion dollar business and there’s no excuse to lack on consistency, especially when you have the proper identification to withdraw money that is crucial to having your business run. Today he shorted my colleague $500 and to make matters worse proceeded to bad mouth me during his transaction. How unprofessional. We are absolutely disgusted by this behavior and mismanagement of money, time and staff.

Outstanding customer service!!! Every time I go thru the drive thru bank teller Salma remembers me and addresses me by name and always ask how I am doing. Love the warm customer service that she displays because now days it is lost. So Thank you Salma for always taking care of my banking needs!!!!
