Would give this place negative stars if I could. Manager is a joke and is so lazy, use to be a good place to come and do business but I see Wells Fargo continues to go down hill. Don’t waste your time here just switch banks before it’s too late.

So called 8 times today, once from right out in front of the branch. No one answered. I asked the large man with the beard why they don't answer their phone. He said he was busy with customers. Interestingly enough, no one was in the branch. He also said that they were too busy to rent me a safe deposit box, and I would have to make an appointment again in an empty lobby. Well, after 23 years, I am done with Wells Fargo and PNC right across the street, which has better hours and time to sign me up right now.

These people are the worst banking system I have ever witnessed. Customer service tells you one thing, in the bank tells you another, and then you finally jump through all their hoops and they refuse to help you because they aren't sure they have enough time before closing even though they are holding your account hostage. Despicable behavior.

Drive thru line too slow, narrow drive with no way to get out of line if you don't want to wait. I felt trapped and when it was finally my turn, I escaped without doing my transaction. I just wanted to get away.

Did not want to do this but John the ‘manager’ at this location has mismanaged his staff to the point where sometimes we’re allowed to have service and sometimes not depending on the teller. We’re a multimillion dollar business and there’s no excuse to lack on consistency, especially when you have the proper identification to withdraw money that is crucial to having your business run. Today he shorted my colleague $500 and to make matters worse proceeded to bad mouth me during his transaction. How unprofessional. We are absolutely disgusted by this behavior and mismanagement of money, time and staff.

Outstanding customer service!!! Every time I go thru the drive thru bank teller Salma remembers me and addresses me by name and always ask how I am doing. Love the warm customer service that she displays because now days it is lost. So Thank you Salma for always taking care of my banking needs!!!!

I'm always so impressed by this branch. I was opening a business checking account online and due to a complication, I had to go into the branch today in person. The phone help yesterday got me an appointment right away. Gilbert is a prince. He navigated my banking issue carefully and thoroughly so that I now have confidence that it was done correctly. Plus, he was so pleasant. Really anytime I've gone into this branch I feel well taken care of. I know they are doing their best during Covid-19 precautions and cleaning every surface well in between patrons. I smelled a little whiff of bleach--not a bad thing! lolExcellent service aside, I do wish there were some way to have a little more privacy when talking one-on-one with a banker, While I know there were very few people in the building, I didn't like having to say personal information so loudly to overcome both distancing and mask interference. That was really my only complaint. Friendly tellers both at the desk and in the drive-thru are what made me choose to open my account with them in the first place.

I went to this specific branch last week because it's conveniently located across HEB. Before going into HEB, I walked over to the bank to deposit a check. Their current policy is they don't allow walk-ins anymore - only appointments and drive-through deposits, and you have to wait outside for your appointments. There wasn't a line outside, nor any vehicles in the drive-through. There's no reason why the bank can't allow people inside to make their transactions; many businesses have the 6 foot markers that allows customers to come inside. Additionally, when any business says, "we only take appointments," to customers in person, what they should follow up with is "let me see our next availability." "You have to go through drive-through" as an automated response is not good enough for a business that makes billions off people each year. If you're profiting off of clients each month, you need to provide the best service possible. Step it up Lincoln Heights. This is poor, lazy customer service; you can do better than this.

Lupit Hernandez and the manager name Jake hood was very nice to let us set on the inside they are very helpful I wish I could give them 10 stars this is the best bank on 999 East Basse road and they are very friendly.
