god awful, literally accused us of stealing our own money. manager said couldnt assist in any way as someone was actively withdrawing money from our account. lied and told us our account was frozen. had to file complaints with cfpb and the occ and the bbb to get our money back. wells fargo barely even wanted to assist after this. got refunded the money after several months (it was found to be obvious fraud) and immediately closed the account. if youre able to bank with navy federal, they are far superior in every way.

I love banking with Wells Fargo. The branch on Medical has been my go-to branch ever since I moved to San Antonio. The teller, Helenesy, always makes my experience personable, efficient, and I leave feeling valued as a customer. Thank you, Helenesy, for your 5-star customer service!

If you need to get something at a teller window at this branch you'll be stuck waiting 25 mins in line since they seem to think one teller window is enough. 4 people waiting for 25 mins, while they service one person taking care of everything in the world. You need to bring back full service to the drive through if you're going to have this kind of service inside.

The line at their place is ridiculous. Waiting for 1 hour for them to get you taken care of does not make since. Hire more people or get the manager involved to help during the peak demand.

My husband had an appointment at 1:30, showed up at 1:23 was told no one was there. They were all at lunch. Short staffed because people called in sick. This, after being given the run around by another branch and sent to this one to get something notarized because the other bank didn't have a notary. A bank... did not have... a notary. Really? How bad do you have to suck to not have a notary when that is required for almost half the business in banking. People working there could not have cared less. They do not believe I. Customer Service and really don't care if they keep your business or not. Demonstrated over 4 visits to the bank in the last two weeks. Look for a bank that cares... any bank except Wells Fargo.

No surprise here that they only have a two star. I drove up to the commercial window and lady says hello but I didn’t respond because I was eating and when she gave me my slip back she stayed have a better day!! Excuse me?? That was so totally unnecessary on her part! I told her as well. Customer service is soooo bad here.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I explained to Banu Ramanathan that I lost my debit card and I tried to schedule an appointment for a temporary one. She told me at the drive thru that I wasn’t able to get a temporary card at the branch because Wells Fargo no longer offers that service at their locations. So then I asked if I can have the balance in my checking out withdrawn. Banu said that I would need two forms of ID. I reiterated that I lost my debit card and only have one form. She refused to give me the money in my account without a second form, knowing my situation. I got on the phone and called another location to confirm if what Banu was saying was true. They said she should help me and since she isn’t then to come to their branch. I asked Banu to speak to her manager and she told me that she was the manager. I felt so bad for the branch for having someone like her in an authoritative role. She must turn away so many customers and I understand now why their rating is so low on google. I asked her for my ID back and her business card. I told her that I was going somewhere else where they would help me since she’s refusing me service. I took my business elsewhere and so help me God, I will never return to this location and I’ll warn everyone about this “manager” and her poor customer service skills. At the location that actually helped me, they explained that Banu could’ve invited me in her branch to help me get the money I needed with a cardless pin transaction, the way they did. I felt so disrespected for the time that Banu wasted arguing with me about something she knew an alternative method for.
