Didn't have to wait, and everyone spoke when I entered and left. Teller was very helpful and generous of her time helping me with my issue. Restored my confidence that great customer service still exists somewhere in the community!

I was waiting to talk to someone due to my account has been hacked twice this manger saw me standing there never came up to me to ask if I needed help she starts talking to someone chitchatting all she had to was ask if she could help me Regina wad no help then when she got thru visiting she come up to me....if these are the employees you have good luck to you I will be closing acct and go to Chase

Dalila!! How can I ever repay you for your hospitality and your amazing, personal customer service??! I walked in feeling helpless and hopeless after USAA did NOTHING when a fraudulent wire transfer empty our bank accounts, while I’m alone with my Husband being away for a US Army training, taking care of our 3 children. I was left with 0 dollars and a negative balance to say the least.
Dalila was so knowledgeable and showed empathy! I am blessed to have been assigned to her to open up our new bank account with Wells Fargo! Thank you, you’re an angel 🙏🏼

As a Wells Fargo customer, I am satisfied with the treatment given to the employees of that store, especially Dalila, she has been helping me with some problems I had with my account, she solved my problems and helped me with some questions I had, always good. friendly and with a good attitude, you can see the professionalism!!!!!

The wait time is horrendous!!! Every time I go, it NEVER fails. I will NEVER recommend Wells Fargo!!!! I wish there was a negative number to rate this bank.

As a customer of Wells Fargo I am appalled by the way that I was treated today. The personal banker Dalilia and her manager Regina were completely unprofessional. I had a direct deposit of over 15k come through and was not able to access my funds. This is after depositing over 25k in less than two weeks. I came into the bank for assistance and was met with attitude and hostility. To the point that I was lied to told the reason I could not get my funds was that it was a wire transfer and offered zero assistance. I called Dalila out on her rude and unprofessional behavior and was called names, profanity was used by her, and told I was “broke” by the banker. When I told her she was only treating people this way was due to the demographics and side of town she denied it, but something is clearly wrong because every other branch I go to there are no issues. She even stood up as if to challenge me to a fight! I am appalled by this behavior! When I told the manager her employee was completely out of line, her manager Regina defended her abhorrent actions! I asked for the regional managers name and was denied the information. I left as I did not want police called because I felt myself becoming upset. I then went to the Forum location and magically was able to withdraw my funds with assistance by the amazing staff. Found out my funds were a direct deposit as they have always been not a wire transfer, I also was able to lodge a complaint and get the regional manager name, and file and executive escalation. My mother lives on this side of town the only reason I have used this branch but based on all the poor reviews these are common place actions occurring. The staff here needs to be completely removed. They are slower than any other branch and have no people skills. I will also be contacting the BBB. Horrible!Update: I just spoke with the regional manager Tim Wells and he was just as complicit ! He tried to blame the behavior on management being new and that they don't have the competencies fully in place yet. This is not a matter of competency when it comes to basic decency. He also said he understands I had a bad experience, this is beyond a bad experience! I will ensure mine and my family's business go elsewhere.

I used to make deposits for my company here. At least once a month they lose a check during my deposit and it takes weeks to recover it. Of course, I always have to drive back up there because they will not under any circumstances answer their phone. Currently a $4500 dollar check is missing from my deposit receipt and while I have the stub and a slip I am under scrutiny from my job again. Never go to this branch. They either have some employee trying to defraud customers or they are so disorganized that they can lose a check within moments of receiving it. Which is worse?

Absolutely the worst We'll Fargos Bank I have been using. My company uses them for our bank deposits and money change. Drive-through is closed during business hours. Have to go inside and make deposits and money change.This is why me and my family and I don't do business with Wells Fargo!How can you have a drive-through and be closed during Bisnuess hours???A week later the same as before. Drive through closed due business hours. Sign reads closed 9am to 5pm.They don't care about they custome service. December 8, 2023Next time I will take a picture of the sign and post so everyone can know how they handle local business.

They close early, as we came Friday 10 minutes before 5pm as they were locking up, asked why they were closing early as we just needed a cashiers check and was rudely told by a lady with glasses and brown hair they couldn’t help and if we didn’t leave they would call the cops on us! That to me was super unprofessional.The next day came in the morning an hour before they close and the line was outrageously long out the door with only one teller working, asked a gentleman to only be told if I was here 30 mins prior there was no line and that his manager will be up to help. Why wasn’t the manager helping in the first place, the teller was sooo slow until the manager got up there to help and the line moved then quickly.Will never recommend coming to this bank until customer service is fixed properly!
