The wait time is horrendous!!! Every time I go, it NEVER fails. I will NEVER recommend Wells Fargo!!!! I wish there was a negative number to rate this bank.

As a customer of Wells Fargo I am appalled by the way that I was treated today. The personal banker Dalilia and her manager Regina were completely unprofessional. I had a direct deposit of over 15k come through and was not able to access my funds. This is after depositing over 25k in less than two weeks. I came into the bank for assistance and was met with attitude and hostility. To the point that I was lied to told the reason I could not get my funds was that it was a wire transfer and offered zero assistance. I called Dalila out on her rude and unprofessional behavior and was called names, profanity was used by her, and told I was “broke” by the banker. When I told her she was only treating people this way was due to the demographics and side of town she denied it, but something is clearly wrong because every other branch I go to there are no issues. She even stood up as if to challenge me to a fight! I am appalled by this behavior! When I told the manager her employee was completely out of line, her manager Regina defended her abhorrent actions! I asked for the regional managers name and was denied the information. I left as I did not want police called because I felt myself becoming upset. I then went to the Forum location and magically was able to withdraw my funds with assistance by the amazing staff. Found out my funds were a direct deposit as they have always been not a wire transfer, I also was able to lodge a complaint and get the regional manager name, and file and executive escalation. My mother lives on this side of town the only reason I have used this branch but based on all the poor reviews these are common place actions occurring. The staff here needs to be completely removed. They are slower than any other branch and have no people skills. I will also be contacting the BBB. Horrible!Update: I just spoke with the regional manager Tim Wells and he was just as complicit ! He tried to blame the behavior on management being new and that they don't have the competencies fully in place yet. This is not a matter of competency when it comes to basic decency. He also said he understands I had a bad experience, this is beyond a bad experience! I will ensure mine and my family's business go elsewhere.

I used to make deposits for my company here. At least once a month they lose a check during my deposit and it takes weeks to recover it. Of course, I always have to drive back up there because they will not under any circumstances answer their phone. Currently a $4500 dollar check is missing from my deposit receipt and while I have the stub and a slip I am under scrutiny from my job again. Never go to this branch. They either have some employee trying to defraud customers or they are so disorganized that they can lose a check within moments of receiving it. Which is worse?

Absolutely the worst We'll Fargos Bank I have been using. My company uses them for our bank deposits and money change. Drive-through is closed during business hours. Have to go inside and make deposits and money change.This is why me and my family and I don't do business with Wells Fargo!How can you have a drive-through and be closed during Bisnuess hours???A week later the same as before. Drive through closed due business hours. Sign reads closed 9am to 5pm.They don't care about they custome service. December 8, 2023Next time I will take a picture of the sign and post so everyone can know how they handle local business.

Slow service! One teller was available while the line of customers was 10 deep. And this is not the first time I've been here and received similar service.

They close early, as we came Friday 10 minutes before 5pm as they were locking up, asked why they were closing early as we just needed a cashiers check and was rudely told by a lady with glasses and brown hair they couldn’t help and if we didn’t leave they would call the cops on us! That to me was super unprofessional.The next day came in the morning an hour before they close and the line was outrageously long out the door with only one teller working, asked a gentleman to only be told if I was here 30 mins prior there was no line and that his manager will be up to help. Why wasn’t the manager helping in the first place, the teller was sooo slow until the manager got up there to help and the line moved then quickly.Will never recommend coming to this bank until customer service is fixed properly!

This bank needs more workers. Lines are slow.. they don't EVEN answer the phone. I let and called 20 times one after another and never got through to a actual person! So rude

This location is always busy. It’s so sad to see that the only employee that has any sense of urgency is gabby. The lady that works the drive thru. Besides her everyone else moves slower then a sloth to get anything done. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come to this location. High key trying to get my company to close our accounts and move to a different bank because it has been proven that they do not care about their speed of service.

Samantha refused to cash my check after waiting twenty minutes while she worked with her friend. They always discriminate at this location and make excuses. I had to mobile deposit my check in the parking and walk back in to get cash. It's no wonder this place keeps wracking up the one star reviews.

45 min in the commercial lane and no one to take care of customers. This is ridiculous....Another day with 30 min wait. Personnel on their personal phone and a line full of customers out and inside.This place is not getting any better .

Attention: Upper management, HR and staffing! Please help this location by allowing more employees to work here. I have been going to this location for about 4 years now but within the last 2 years I've really seen the customer service go down. I only go to this branch now if I have at least an hour or more to spare. Even with an appointment I waited 35 minutes and the notary I needed took maybe 5 minutes. The branch manager, Mr. Gomez who had to step up and do the job of a banker was extremely helpful. While waiting for my notary I could hear the new male teller working the drivethru. He was extremely rude asking a customer to give him a correct account number when the customer didnt provide him with an accurate one. No please or thank you. Just" send me to correct number." His tone was rude and he seemed just really annoyed to be helping someone in the drive through. This branch is very understaffed and needs help. The area around Foster Rd and FM78 has grown and is growing and there needs to be more staff to support our community. It will continue to get worse without proper staffing.

This bank is absolutely the worst for handling my mother's account as the executor. The in person rep himself is having problems helping me pay my mom's bill and he works here.This should have been a simple process but an hour later he's still on the phone and no action can be made to pay her bill yet.I won't be opening up an account here with all this difficulty.Not to mention when I spoke to the estate department last week Annti or Annty refused to tell the Wells Fargo process for paying off a decease customers account after I explained I have all the court documents saying I'm the executor.This has been the one and only creditor that has been so difficult to work with.

I had experience one time that happened a long time go back in 2019 I came to withdrawal money the amount I requested was like 1000 the teller took 50 dollars but told myself I’m not going to pursue this. but count your money before leave to make sure it’s the right amount.

There’s always something unprofessional about this location. I never have this problem at my local near by Wells Fargo location or any other location. They are always super slow short staff. Just and overall horrible experience at this location.
