Dear Manager (who left before 3:30), please train your staff. I went in for a cashier's check and waited 20-30 minutes in line for the only teller, to be told that without an account, she could do nothing for me. conclusion:1. She didn't know what a cashier's check was. 2. She knew what a cashier's check was and did not want to do the transaction.Please train/retrain/provide reference material to the teller on duty between 3 - 3:30 pm on Wednesday, 5 Oct. If you need a cashier's check, skip Wells Fargo and to Frost down the street. In and out, under 15 minutes

Protect your money and DO NOT USE THIS BANK ! At this branch there's an employee that's working with a thief to steal our money! Someone stole my husband's wallet we reported it immediately and a few months later the thief went to this branch with a stolen check and cashed it even though out account was flagged so they wouldn't pay any paper checks. I've spent days and days and after 17 calls to customer service they tell me that they wont reimburse our money even tough it was their mistake when they cashed the fraudulent checks!! So freaking frustrated and disappointed!! Do not use Wells Fargo. Period.
