I have to say Mrs Anna Maria Gracia saved my LIFE literally. To summarize my life seemed up side down and the final straw was my credit card having issues. I was literally on the verge of hurting myself because of catastrophic irritated with my new Wells Fargo Cash rewards card. I went to the front teller the gentleman was nice but basically said you have to make an appointment to speak to someone about my issues. I literally was going to scream walk out and possibly end my life. NOT because of the credit card issues again just life. As I took a moment to sit down trying to see if there was a same day appointment of course there wasnt I looked up to leave full of fury just drained and Mrs Anna came out to ask for her next appointed customer. They didn't show. She then gave a smile and ask may I help you. Now she could have went back into her office enjoyed her 30min without a customer but she didnt she asked to "serve" me...I hate to make this post long but please know that her customer service is the best I have ever seen by Wells Fargo mind you have used to Bank with them years ago vowed to never bank again but I can't beat the Cash back. Anyways she took me in and helped with my credit card issue BUT IT DIDN'T STOP THERE! She asked how was I.....again I began to give my typical fake smile knowing I was planning on doing something bad but I couldn't I could fake it. She was an outlet to a person she did NOT have to help. I have been meaning to write this as this event happened in September 2022...I CANNOT thank her for her professionalism, customer service and her genuine nature to help. I wish I had a way to express my gratitude to her If anyone in leadership sees this PLEASE PLEASE THANK HER FOR ME

The reason I am giving this branch a 5 star review is for the customer service we experienced this time with their banker Belinda Bosworth. Since Covid, and the requirement to make appointments on line for banking needs, it has been difficult at times to get a timely appointment. We were scheduled to settle on a house on Monday morning and received instructions for wiring money Friday at 4:15. We rushed to the bank to be told by the teller we'd have to make an appointment with a banker. There were no available appointments at any branch on Saturday so I approached Ms. Bosworth to see if she could help find an appointment. She gladly jumped in to help and when she found no available appointments, she actually helped us complete the wiring process by the close of business saving us from having to reschedule our settlement. She went above and beyond and was so personable and kind on a Friday 35 minutes before close of business.

Smells like sweaty socks worn by a homeless person when you walk in. Place needs a wet carpet vacuum cleaning ASAP. It could also be the cushioned chairs that smell bad. Only one in-person teller available. They said I had to make an appointment if I wanted sit down with a person to close an account even though the people at the desks were not dealing with any customers. I came on time to my appointment and of course the person I had an appointment with is busy with someone else. These fees are lame compared to my credit union.

They always take forever I swear you can be in the commercial line for hours. Like come on if we are in the commercial line means we work at a business and need to get back to work instead of spending half of our time in line. I so hate this bank !!! They need to hire faster teller.

The worst customer help during this pandemic they making sure they are not helping people the way the supposed too.. waited in line for 15 min and than at 12:01 was my turn they tell me we are closed do not recommend this bank idk how they got so big with this kind of customer help they suck

ATM Outside has two lanes, one shows the green open sign, the one on the outside does not, so many do not think it's open- it most certainly is! :)

They suck ! They mess with ur account for no reason at all with no permission. Everything is all screwed up because of them and all they do is apologize when apologies don't fix money issues. Don't trust them ! Switching banks because "there is nothing they can do now" when they were the ones to go n click away in my account for no reason and messed everything up. Smdh your supposed to trust a bank with ur saving n all ur money so practically ur life , when they mess with ur stuff n can't fix it because now it's not fixable because of them shows that they cannot be trusted !!!!!!!!!

Yesterday Personal Banker Sergio Perez handled my banking/insurance challenge promptly, courteously, & effectively. Wells Fargo apparently hires good, young talent, & what could have been problematic was not. He will do well, & his father should be very proud.
