Avoid this location. Horrible customer service. Has happened quite often in the six years of being a WF customer. Do yourself a favor and go to McCullough/410 location.

This branch does not honor its appointments and shrugs about it rather than apologizing. The banker was rather rude and I'll be closing my accounts of eight years and finding another bank.

SLOW. They take advantage of covid as an excuse to be slow. I'm at the drive through and 8 cars are backed up because they take about 10mins per person. It's ridiculous and embarassing

I would have preferred to give this financial institution minus stars. Tried to open an account for my elderly mother and the "Banker" (probably the same one that James R. experience) started talking to my mother in Spanish and addressed her by her Hispanic maiden name instead of her Anglo married and legal name. When I asked that she speak in English as I only know a little Spanish she continued to talk to my mother in Spanish and ignored me. She proceeded to address her by her Hispanic last name. I corrected her several times to address her by her Anglo married name because I didn't want her to accidently be opening her account incorrectly and not that I am not embracing my Hispanic heritage. Finally I just decided to ignore her and make sure that the documents were done correctly. (Remember, I know a little Spanish and I definitely know the number one question that everyone asks my mother and that is "Why didn't you teach your daughter to speak Spanish?") This banker should have been more professional, but when she continue to get up and walk beside my mother and ask her that question thinking that I didn't know what she was asking, that did it! This was very demeaning and a personal attack on my mother and I for something she thought was disrespecting her Hispanic heritage. (I am lighter skin than my mother and siblings and can look more Anglo, so I surprised people when I mention my Hispanic heritage.) This needs to be addressed as I took this as a prejudice attack. And yes, I walked out of there with my mother while my husband talked to the manager. I don't want anyone of any race experiencing this prejudice, so be aware.

Before all I understand that baking takes time and that one shouldn't complain if you don't have a appointment, however when you schedule an appointment(through a call center) and receive no answer back from the branch to then have to call the direct line of a banker at the branch to make a appointment that upon arrival seemed to never have been done so you sit for a hour before getting serviced. My advice is to get there early and stand in the view zone of the bank tellers as is not first come first serve and more of a I see you I help you kind of situation.
