I remember one of lady assisted me as I need to go I waited maybe 20 minutes in line .. not the employee fault it’s just everyone busy ..lol plz just next times make document will someone at a desk not with a teller .Just making a comment consideration sorry if I was a jerk

This branch is amazing..they have the most polite and respectful team. I can withdraw money with no invasion of my personal business. No questions about why I get the denomination I get. Branch manager tellers and personal bankers go out of their way to please their customers..thanks team

Every time I come here it takes an insanely inconvenient amount of time to do anything. Doesn't help that most of the staff is in the back room laughing and cutting it up while there's 6 people in line. 7 teller windows and one teller working while two other females just walk laps around the bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst Wells Fargo you could expect. But what do you expect with something on marbach. Neither atms work including the drive through. The other wasn't accepting deposits. Hours are terrible and the customer service was atrocious.

Wanted to deposit a check for for same day and the lady suggested I do it on the mobile app and knowing the checks come through next day i declined saying it would come the next day. she insisted it was same day since it was a wells fargo check so i agreed and BAM now i have to wait next day with bills to pay for today, and what if I had an emergency situation, like bro educate yourself about your own company

This is absolutely the worst Wells Fargo in my opinion. Horrible management in my opinion of the way they run the waiting lines and handle the customers. I won’t be back again. The review ratings speak for themselves and I should have looked at that before walking in here today.

Staff was entirely uninterested in helping me with my banking needs. I am a current customer of 15 years. Tried calling 2 other branches and couldn't get to a person before the automated service auto hung up on me

Today I had the pleasure of talking to Frances Chavez and I have to say...if you go into this branch talk to her. She has great communication skills and customer service skills...very respectful and courteous. I went in to open an account....GREAT JOB FRANCES. I was reading past reviews, Me personally, I recommend this place. I will keep going back. All businesses are short staffed and sometimes you have to wait because there are people ahead of you,there are appointments and not enough employees...regardless of all that! 19 minutes to get money from my az account.in drive thru they sent the Carrier back n fourth 4×,I'm glad I changed banks they need retraining. I'm never going thru drive thru again

They are very short staff, expect long wait time, almost always there is only 1 teller in the front counter. Some tellers are extremely rude even if you greet with great hospitality but im sure it is the frustration and over whelming from being the only employee to help customers. Do better Wells Fargo.
