Opened account 2 days back. Marco banker didn't enter promo code showing me eligiblity fine print. But he is unaware that I do qualify for promo but messed up account. Raised a complaint but I prefer to close this account. It's a worst experience

The woman servicing the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. I was dropping off deposits for my job and first time I’ve had to go to Wells Fargo, because my store uses chase. She asked me a question and I could not hear/understand what she was asking me for. She got visibly annoyed/upset, rolled her eyes, and motioned never mind and snatched my deposit bags. I should’ve read the reviews! Last time I’ll offer to help my other work location…I’ll stick to the sweetheart tellers I have at my Chase Bank at dezavala🫶🏼

They can't even be bothered to answer the phone. I a company is so busy they need to ignore the phone, they can afford to hire more people.

Got to the commercial drive thru at 11:32am with only a total of three cars in the commercial lane one car in the regular lane and I am still here at 12:13pm this is the slowest facility I've ever been to. So me in the car, in front of me got denied service. After waiting so long at this Wells Fargo, the guy literally told me that it only took them 5 minutes for the truck that was in front of the car in front of me to get finished, he literally lied to my face. This guy was so unprofessional. While he was telling us his this lie, he was eating Cheetos like he doesn't care. The sad thing is this was a business deposit, and I do deposits every week at this location.

Notary services are free for account holders. If you are wanting a competent notary however, not guaranteed! Sheldon apparently cannot read where the name of the person signing is and where the name of a completely different person is. Absolutely ridiculous!

This branch is the worst, I walked in twice and the lady at the counter is always so negative unable to print a bank statement. No customer service at all this lady shows no emotions. I’ve seen her help other people and it’s the same thing almost like she hates her job. I bank with other institutions like chase or woodforest and they have better customer service currently considering closing my accounts. Both time I take my time to walk in and it’s as if I just wasted my time.

Today at 230. Spent 30 minutes, literally... with only 1 car ahead of me at the drive through. This lane and commercial lane at a complete standstill all waiting on the bank teller.
I will do all i can to avoid having to deal with the bank directly. If it wasnt for waiting on a new debit card i would not have wasted my time.
Do better!

Lazy tellers. Was never an issue making deposits until today when the teller blantly told me she didn't want to do it and to just come inside and have someone else do it.

Brian Martinez is stellar. He provided an unforgettable experience for my family during a time of extreme sorrow. My grandfather passed away and he reminisced on the wonderful moments he shared with him. During a stressful time of planning his funeral and getting my grandmothers benefits alotted, Brian was there for every step of the way and extremely patient. We were originally planning to switch to another familiar bank after my grandfathers passing but we will be staying with Wells Fargo based on the amazing and attentive customer service we received and my late grandfather. Thank you for your continued support Brian.
