Lazy tellers. Was never an issue making deposits until today when the teller blantly told me she didn't want to do it and to just come inside and have someone else do it.

Brian Martinez is stellar. He provided an unforgettable experience for my family during a time of extreme sorrow. My grandfather passed away and he reminisced on the wonderful moments he shared with him. During a stressful time of planning his funeral and getting my grandmothers benefits alotted, Brian was there for every step of the way and extremely patient. We were originally planning to switch to another familiar bank after my grandfathers passing but we will be staying with Wells Fargo based on the amazing and attentive customer service we received and my late grandfather. Thank you for your continued support Brian.

Brian Martinez was so helpful. He was with his higher up. He enquirer what was I here for. He said he will be with me in 15 minutes. He created a profile in less than 10 minutes time. Businesses need people like him who attend to customers right away and assist them.

Teller by the name of Bri lacks patience and kindness. She is a bad representation of what Wells Fargo says they stand for. She sends me a drive through canister with a pen that had leaked all of of its ink into the canister. I asked for another canister, she then said it will take 5-10 mins for her to get a new canister while she attended to the other cars that came and left around me. I then suggested to wiped down the canister so I can get my transaction done, conveniently there was no supv or manager to assist. We all can have a bad day but she lacks professionalism.

Hate this location literally takes forever everytime I go inside, the teller always has attitude, and I can NEVER just cash my check, put it in the ATM or mobile upload I ALWAYS have to go inside deposit my check then withdrawal from account makes NO sense and they keep rejecting my check even though it's a PAYROLL check and letting UNAUTHORIZED transactions go through ?

I would use another bank if your considering Wells Fargo, If you have Wells Fargo I would move to another bank ASAP.The reason for my poor assessment is this... I was approved for a credit card and was able to sign into a mobile app to view the card and purchases. However, I can not view my full account number to use it and the card will take 2 weeks to get. I intended this for a specific purchase. I called their call center and they transferred me no less than 5 times to eventually tell me they can't give me the info to my own card and account. Then I go into the local bank, per one of the call centers agents suggestion, to get my full account info. The bank told me that I have to plan an appointment with their banker because he is all booked up today and they only have one. I was shocked that a popular bank would give customers this type of run around. I told the lady that if Wells Fargo couldn't even staff their bank to take care of customers and help them out with their accounts, why would I want to maintain a business relationship with Wells!? She said she understood. I asked her again if she could help me or should I take my business back to my other bank. She said she would talk with her manager as she rolled her eyes over this issue. I gotta say I was not impressed. When she came back she said she could get another bank to schedule a time to meet with a banker. I told her forget it... I'm not driving across town to schedule time with a banker just to get this info they should be able to quickly provide me. I then told her I'm severing my business relationship with Wells Fargo and she said ok as though she was happy to lose the business for her company.Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks I've ever done business with at this point. And if they are willing to treat me that way they will treat you that way too.

I have been with Wells Fargo for 13 years. NEVER in my entire life have I experienced customer service as horrible as this. My debit card was hacked and they reversed charges. Next, my account gets hacked a day laterand a wire transfer is initiated. I went in to the bank branch to talk to someone to stop all transactions/ freeze my account asap. I sit down in an office to be put on the phone with someone who isn't even local. On hold and transferred multiple times to make claims, etc. They told me that Friday that I would have a new card sent to me on Tuesday. Never showed up but the wire transfer posted. A week later I'm sent an ATM card that I didn't ask for, then finally 4 days later I am receiving a rushed debit card. I have been inquiring about this $1,200 wire transfer every other day. I have been told it will take them 6 weeks, 30 days, 9 weeks, etc. come to find out they send me a letter denying me to my money. Oh and today my account went negative and they charge me $60 in fees. Not once has anyone tried to contact me or give me any sort of information, but simply state in their poorly communicated letter that I was aware of the transfers which is bull s**** I was in that bank branch for multiple hours, on the phone for multiple hours, passed out and received round about information with no clear answer. If that is the case then Wells Fargo needs to provide me proof. Where did that transfer go? Who did it go to? Whats the IP address?

This is the worst bank ever for customer service. They don't want to help you in anyway. They always make me feel like I want to take out my cash and bank somewhere else. Just this location is the worst service ever!

Worse customer service every. I have personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo and every time I go to this branch to get help. I see all the staff is falling asleep and they always say come back later. I hate this branch. I hope senior management takes some action against this branch

I went to the bank to make a withdrawal during my lunch break. I wanted $100s instead of $50s so I didn't go to the ATM. The lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive through. It literally took them 35 minutes to process my withdrawal and then they said they didn't have $100s. What an absolute and complete waste of my time. I didn't think I would waste my entire lunch break getting a simple withdrawal. Get your act together.
