I needed to update a name change on one of my business accounts and had tried multiple times by phone with no success. I walked into this branch and was promptly seen by a bank officer. I even received a follow up call the next week to make sure that I had checked that the change was complete and accurate. Surprising and great service by a bank branch office!

This company especially this particular Branches Manager, suspects that everyone is committing some type of fraud when in fact, Wells Fargo is the one with the history of fraud, identity theft and stealing money.

No one answers the phone and for a senior I can’t make appt online because can’t figure out how. I have a lot of money in this junky bank and since pandemic they won’t answer phone. Piece of junk!!! Pay attention high paid ceos to all the negative reviews and do something !

Terrible customer service. They say they are open for walk ins but minimum wait time is 2-3. Extremely short staffed. Overall terrible experience. Do not recommend

This is the worst Wells I've ever been in 13 years. I don't recommend it to anyone for anything. I was sent here for statements by customer service department due to wells security breach my account was broken into and I had to close my account. They assured me I would not be charged for the statements but when I got to the location they tried to charge me for their mistake. Then didn't want to verify the information and have the fees waived and said they didn't have time to talk about it and ask me to leave. I would give them a zero but this app won't allow it. I did file a complaint with a federal agency against them.

I hardly ever write a review but I had one of the greatest experiences with banking this week at this location that I wanted to share. I went to the bank not knowing that you had to have an appointment to see a banker. As I tried opening the doors I realized they were locked and I started reading the signs when immediately an employee opened the door and greeted me with a very positive attitude. I was going to explain to him that I didn’t have an appointment when he invited me to come in and talk to him inside the branch because it was hot outside. He explained to me that in fact I needed an appt but the customer he was waiting for was running a little late. He then asked me to sit down and he called the customer he was waiting for and customer told him that he was running late. He invited me to his desk and took care of my banking needs. He never once made me feel rushed because another customer was coming to see him nor he made me feel un welcomed because I didn’t have an appt. He took his time and explained everything to me with a lot of details. I wanted to really appreciate his help because he really helped me learn about all the options I didn’t even know I had. At the end of our discussion he gave me a piece of paper with everything we discussed and got done. That’s when I realized that he was a branch manager. He never mentioned to me that he was a branch manager so I was even more impressed that a manager would take all of his time to help me the way he did and he even called me the next day to thank me for the visit and follow up with me on some of my concerns. This guy really deserves some recognition.

Same story as the past reviews. Waiting to open a new account. Only one person working. Manager not even onsite. Managers are supposed to manage, but not today. After 45 minutes I was told to try another branch. How do they compete?
