I go here frequently for my workplace. The employees are all marvelous sweethearts. I love getting to see them. Goodness.You know it’s those small interactions that make all the difference! I have a lot of anxiety going in stores and even order food haha, but they are so welcoming and helpful

It was 4.30pm and they closed the branch why? They should close at 5pm. There was people inside giving the back to customers at the front door. They were just receiving you via drive-Tru. I suggest to go to us hwt 281 location the teller was so nice and attentive.

Worst ........ Loss prevention ask me to go for nearest branch & let officer to call them. I came here , they asking me to call. They got priority line to talk to their own staff.... I ma give 0 Star if i could.

The girl at the teller window was very sweet and that’s the reason why I gave three stars. She said she was the only teller in the entire bank. Third Wells Fargo bank lobby today which is closed today with numerous signs placed so that you cannot go in the front door even though the front doors are unlocked. At one bank they just said they couldn’t help me even though the girl was not a teller and was working. Other banks will work with you and they do have their lobbies opened and they greet you friendliness with a clean lobby and no walkway impediments.

The ATM here is at the worst height ever! It gave me my money, but because it was at such a crazy height and I was awkwardly hanging out of my car door, I went to grab my money and the middle bills slipped out and flew off! It's crazy windy where it's at, I'm guessing because of the highway, but there went about $100 of my hard earned money! I couldn't go inside and complain about it because of covid and even though it was a week day around 3pm, they didn't have a single person working the drive through lanes... Cute... Well there goes another $100 of my money to this company... Thanks for screwing me over again wells fargo!

Most unprofessional banking experience of my life and I will be closing all accounts and taking my money and business else where. I've seen lemonade stands ran better. Went in hours ago to make appt with banker due to error on welksfargos end. Was told he had only 1 person ahead of me. This is an urgent matter and recieved no call back and no one will answer phone after trying multiple times. I have business I need to deal with but cannot until I resolve mistake made by them. DO NOT BANK HERE OR WITH WELLS FARGO. They are using a pandemic as excuse to provide terrible service and increase proffit. I will have to re set up accounts and drafts order checks ecetera but worth every second. Disgusted as I am glad I seen it sooner than later head my warning dont let convinvice if locations blind you like me this is a terrible bank that doesnt care about you.

I was told that I could call this bank to verify needing a temporary card. After calling 5 times I finally got an answer only to get hanged up on. I called two more times after no answer I decided to call Wells Fargo directly and they assisted me and helped me find another location. Even though this one is close to my home I have to make the inconvenience of driving 25 minutes. Hands down worst Wells Fargo branch I have encountered.

My credit card was recently compromised and when i called customer service, I spoke to a lady who was very kind, helpful and understanding and she helped reimburse the money that was scammed out of me back on my account and then advised me to go to the branch to get a temporary new card and I would receive one in the mail within 7 days. The next day, i visited this branch to get the temporary card and I was assisted by Amanda, and she also provided excellent customer service as well! Needless to say, I am a satisfied customer ?
