This was the worst customer service ever we have been customers for over 15 years went in today to have docs notarized Ms Ramon said she cd notarize them but we had to bring a witness with us. What? She went to ask her manager regarding the witness situation and she said we have to bring our own witness. Wow never again will I go to this particular bank. We have gone to the one in Universal City and not only did they notarize our docs they provided us with the witnesses as well. Poor service very poor service! If I could rate them a zero I would!

Wells Fargo Refused for no reason to cash out pay check!!!!! Wasted Time, Appalling Customer Service, went to window got Lisa Lisa never told us what was going on she never spoke to us again for 25 min of us asking what's going on!!!!!! she left us at the window for 25 minutes when we asked for our license and check back she ignored us for till we had to shout she still ignored us for 10 more minutes,we had to honk and keep honking,...... five minutes later she finally returned our property. We were about to call the police as Lisa refused to speak to us or tell us anything. We then headed inside to speak with the manager Ann she explained the check given to us was out of sequence and she refused to cash it. Hmmmmm she explained this in another 25 minutes. So in total 50 minutes wasted treated like thieves and no check cAshed If you are a small Buisness I beg of you not to support Wells Fargo guess what I took check to frost it was deposited in 2 minutes.... Thank God for Family Buisnesses

yup this is a one star place. first off, why would the drive thru be in a separate building from the drive thru. i couldn't figure this out so i had to ask the security guard. then there wasn't a form to get a cash withdrawal. i would have loved to use the atm, since there wasn't a line, but i needed small bills. ugh. never again.

In January I received a letter from Wells Fargo stating that the interest on my credit card will be increased. I thought I'm not surprised I knew this was coming. One last gimme before the new Federal credit laws go in effect. Banks are really deprived of funds and have to make money somehow. Why not increase interest while the FED decrease the fees to the banks. Here's the kicker of the story. A week later we get another letter from Wells Fargo this time telling us that they are going to increase our spending limit. WAIT so your going to increase our interest, and you're going to increase our spending limit. I'm not stupid; I know a skunk when I smell one. This is the perfect CON that many banks use to get us consumer to spend more; while they can get more from us. Well Wells Fargo we'll just move our credit services to somewhere else. 1 start for Wells Fargo, I really wish there was a Zero star rating. Don't they still own us money anyway on that big bailout thing??
