If it was up to me I wouldn't even give it one star on Saturday June 21st I went to the bank on Fredericksburg to cash a check the cashier Malena was giving us help about cashing the check we had two forms of ID and then she asked for third it was a big amount of cash and all banks no matter where you go put you the money in envelopes this Bank gave me the money in a brown paper bag less than 30 minutes later I have went at a restaurant and stop to grab a bite to eat they busted my windows to my vehicle and stole the money this was the the worst experience I had with this Bank my husband who is cashing his check had moved not even a foot from the teller and told him no he couldn't move then they wanted to take a picture of him because they didn't believe that the IDS that they had were my husband's I believe this was an inside job because we had two guns in our vehicles we had a tablet and he's to another truck and nothing else was stolen but the money and where we left it that was the only place that they went for I will never trust this bank again or the workers here.

Worst wels Fargo in San Antonio. The line was out the door (literally 20+ people ahead of me) and they only had 2 tellers. To top it off, every customer they sat there yelling customer assistance constantly and not clearing the customers n
To top it off, I was told yesterday I needed a temporary ID since my ID was expired. I went online and printed it out, doing exactly what they told me I needed and brought in my expired ID and secondary proof like my debit card.
The old lady behind the counter refused to take my government issued temporary ID causing me to miss paying a bill.
Iām done wi th Wells Fargo after this

Jen, banker, was dismissive and not willing to help. I Already had a bad phone call with customer service and decided to walk in. Yes, no appointment, but willing to wait. She made it a point to say āwe close at 12ā, which I knew. It was 1045ish. But due to Her lack of compassion and poor customer service, she made me feel bad and I left. I hope she finds a profession that fulfills her to smile.

If you use an IOLTA don't bank with Wells Fargo. They don't know how to handle it. It's hand holding every time you need to do a transaction.

My own experience At Wells Fargo bank at this location. I live in Bulverde, Texas, but I had some business to do in San Antonio and since I was passing through , I thought Iād I paid a bill through the drive through at this location . I had just come from my personal bank and I had all hundred dollar bill denominations additionally I had in my purse, some smaller bills . Before I tell what happened to me at this bank, I would like to say that I would not recommend this bank to anyone at any time; in fact, if you have any dealings to do with this bank, make sure you count your money and have a witness if you do banking through the drive-through. So I had $1200 in $100 bill denominations from my regular bank, which is not Wells Fargo. The reason Iām writing this Is because Iām wondering, has anyone else had the same experience at this location that I had? Now my experience⦠as I attempted to pay off my credit card in the amount of $834, I counted out $800 in $100 bill denominations and sent it through the drive-through teller as well as the $34 and smaller bills that I had in my regular purse. After the money reach the teller, he seem to be preoccupied at doing something else it took a while so when he finally talk to me, he said did you say you sent $834 , I said yes, then he says, because you sent $734 Through the shoot. I had counted the $800 denominations out twice before I sent it, so in order to pay my Credit Card off I went on and paid the extra hundred dollars , Which made me short of $100 on the other bill that I had to pay, So I had to pay $300 on my other bill. I donāt know what the teller was doing and that 5 to 7 minute wait that my money was with him, but he shorted me and I let him know that he went through the whole process of recounting his drawer, he also calls his manager to count his drawer and she did however she was very dismissive and unconcerned about what had happened to me I had to force the issue for her to even take my phone number down after I requested video footage of the incident. The manager promised me that she couldnāt have the video footage right away, but it would take about a week and she promised that she would call me. However, she never called after two weeks have passed by. After this, I contacted corporate and I was assigned a case number and the case manager. The case manager told me that she would investigate , And her investigation took a month. When she finally got back to me, she said she called the bank in question and ask them about the incident, the bank manager, then told her that there is no need to run the video footage because she counted the drawer and it was balanced. The case manager at corporate then tells me that sheās closing the case. So after going back-and-forth on the phone with corporate several times, Wells Fargo decided that they will not run the video footage of the young man that shorted me of my money at the drive-through teller. This incident happened on February 9 and I received a letter from Wells Fargo that theyāre closing the case without video footage on April 23. If this kind of thing is happening to me at this branch, Iām wondering how many times has it happened to others banking at this location? Iām writing this review so that others can be aware of whatās happening and maybe someone else has had the same experience as I did . If there are others experiencing what I had experience, please speak up because Youāre probably not alone. Thanks Deborah. R
