I gave this place a second chance and again all three birger made incorrect, no sauce. I don't understand it wasn't busy just not paying attention . The manager handed me my order and it was wrong so I had to go inside . Burgers are dried out and didn't have appropriate bandages for a cook in the back who cut open hand. It's crazy.

Went in at 6:30. Waited 5 minutes and no person came up to the register. I could hear people talking in the back. Won't return ever!

Worst baked potato I've ever eaten. Ordered two on app, employee said they were out but then changed the story and asked us to pull forward. A long while later, food was brought to car. But yuck... I should have went with the they were out and gotten a substitution.

Tried to get the Loaded Nacho Burger and they gave me a baconator with lettuce. And the nuggets were nasty. Looked old or like they had been taken out a freezer and thrown in the fryer oil. 10 out of 10 on the trash meter. Don't go here. Go to McDonald's across the street. If you don't wanna be disappointed. And don't even give you the receipts. Laziness.

Just no. This franchize is going down hill. I used to love it but now you can guarantee a barely warm burger and stale, old, greasy fries ? that were fried in grease that needed changed days ago. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Recently we thought about avoiding them altogether, they were slow, not friendly and my fries were NEVER hot. BUT, we gave them another shot, we visited and just got something small. It was perfect! So perfect that we went back a 2nd time the same day. Perfection again! The manager & crew really stepped up and showed that they do care.

Stopped off this morning no line person took forever to answer drive through I asked for the new burrito combo again person took forever to acknowledge me only to say they don't have it. I wish wendys would hire better staff because the customer service is lacking

I usually have so much pleasure in ordering food from Wendy's, but on my last visit, I was not happy. The order was wrong, and I didn't get the burger I ordered. I paid for a big burger and I received a small single burger. I was upset. Not only did they not have the flavor frosty that I wanted when I went, I paid for a large and got a small. It was a nightmare order. I told myself I would never go back. I hope this was an isolated incident because if this happens a lot, this establishment will be losing business.

It was dirty, the crew was fighting with each other. Saying if you don't want to be here just leave. The food was the worst, the chili was just onions and cheese. I got a fever, please don't go here.

If I could I'd give it a zero for everything. This place is seriously trash. I try to give it benefit of the doubt, seriously worst mistake. First I go to the drive through I ordered 3 small meals , while ordering I kept getting interrupted by the person taking the order, every time id say something she would say anything else? Anything else? Anything else ? She literally kept interrupting me an wouldn't even let me finish talking. While waiting for my food I see a kid in the back carrying my chicken breast with his bare hands no gloves NOTHING BUT FINGERS which I find extremely gross . They had me wait about 5 minutes then I end up getting my food an looking inside everything was cold and my daughters meal was completely wrong. I go back inside tell them I want my money back, the Manager started giving me attitude going through all the bags making sure I didn't take anything. Then she charges my card another 35$ instead of refunding me the money. This is the LAST TIME I WILL GO THERE I HOPE THIS WENDYS GETS SHUT DOWN
