With over 20 years of customer service experience I know good service when I get it. Going through the drive-through when the person gave me my food, they said have a great day with true sincerity. I thought that was amazing and itself for a fast food restaurant employee to tell me so driving about to take a bite into my sandwich and realized they messed up on my order, which is not a big deal for me people make mistakes, so I’m always patient, upon my return, I walked inside and let them know. My order was wrong. They were immediately apologetic corrected my order in a professional manner although they made a mistake but the way they corrected and handled the mistake was great. I was overall impressed, which is not easy to do for me being that I have over 20 years in customer service industry. There’s a difference between people who do things because they have to it’s their job and people who show value of people and this is the essence that causes people to come back.

Store is closed inside when it shouldn’t be, and they miss a bunch of items on your order all the time. They also don’t answer when calling them. Place needs to be cleaned out, this store is way too terrible to be operating on this side of town. Do not waste your time and money coming here anytime past the afternoon.

This place is awful. Never come here. I waited in the line for about 30 minutes completely unmoved. This place needs to get its act together. Walked without food. You just lost a customer.

I ordered through Uber. They send two burgers with no meat. I called just to let the manager know. She was laughing at me as if she knew right away. She then proceeded to tell me whoever called it in said no meat. I said no one called it in. I ordered through Uber she said I must have said no meat. I told her there is no box to check for no meat but she still continued to argue. Please always check your burgers.... where's the beef ? Wendy's

Had someone scream thru the speaker at me. WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Couldn't even get my order right and the chicken patty was cold and hard. Reached out to wendys social media amd they won't even respond. Horrible place. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care . Stay far away from.this place. I have personally seen them verbally abuse a special needs employee as well. Terrible place.

I came at 9 PM and ordered 45$ worth of food and i specifically asked for fresh sandwiches and fresh fries they said it would take 6 minutes and i said that's fine but when we came home the food was very warm the fries were dry and cold and the bread was hard and cold. This is was unacceptable. If you would t makenit the way customer wants it than why say it will take 6 minutes. So upset.

There were zero cars in the parking lot and three ahead of me in the drive through. I had to wait two minutes at the speaker to order. Have been sitting in line for 10 minutes now and still haven’t moved. What are they doing? There is no one here! Unfortunately, this Wendy’s is not unique. I don’t think I will ever go to any Wendy’s again. This is ridiculous.

Very rude customer service…complaining on the headsets while it’s on…long wait times and we didn’t even get the correct order ..such a nice veterans days…not sure if whoever was on the drive thru was a manger but she needs some training

Although I do not frequent Wendy's except for the occasional Frosty, and how can you beat their $5 Deal, especially with 2 teenage boys, every time I have gone in the late evening, whether it is the start or end of her shift, the female manager at this location is always friendly, considerate, and helpful. She is kind and engaging, and she does her best to keep the line going despite being short-staffed. She is always smiling and leads by example to her staff.

Very long wait just to order. We always go for the Frosty's however they're too soft they're not firm I don't like the frosty serve while waiting in line I like them served while on there to pay because of the fact that the frosties are more like shakes not the one in Universal

Around here Whataburger is really popular but I prefer Wendy's over them. For fast food burger I think they are decent. I would really like a Carl's Jr or some places they go by Hardee'
