Update: I brought my car in to get inspected. It took them 9 days to figure out that the battery was bad and the keys needed re-programming. They charged $675 to get those things fixed. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any car company in years.

Buyer Beware: I visited this dealership to purchase a vehicle advertised on their website at a specific sale price, only to find they refused to honor the advertised price. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch practice, which can be misleading under FTC guidelines on advertising and consumer protection.
Slso, the sales manager was rude, dismissive, and made me feel belittled in front of other customers. This was not my first experience with him; he displayed the same unprofessional behavior back in September, suggesting a consistent pattern that dealership leadership is aware and has not addressed.
Such conduct makes it extremely difficult to complete a purchase and likely affects the dealership’s sales since many vehicles continue to sit on the lot for months.
It should be common and best practices to treat customers with respect, and that advertised prices are honored. However, this doesn't seem to be the way they conduct business and it is part of their normal business practices.

Our sales representative, Jason, was extremely helpful. He was patient with us, let us look into several different cars, worked with us on a monthly payment we could afford, and made sure my husband got all the options he wanted on his car. We didn't feel any pressure to buy or upgrade. Our overall experience there was fantastic and my husband loves his new car.

Sonny was truly remarkable! He exhibited great professionalism and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed during the buying process, and he patiently answered all of my questions with great care and attention. Skip negotiated and worked magic with the bank and was able to get my monthly payment to something that worked with my budget. So thankful for these guys, highly recommend!
