If I could give it a ZERO I would! We have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with another car in front of us! This is ridiculous! They are so damn slow and they don't even care! There are 5-6 car's behind us and they are in for a wait! I changed all my prescriptions to HEB but somehow this one slipped by! NEVER coming back here again EVER!!

The pharmacy drive-thru at this Walgreens is so freaking slow!!! Every time I come here, there's some big massive line.They let people wait for their prescription to be filled, which is not their protocol. They used to tell me I would have to circle around and get in line again,even if there were cars.It's ridiculous they let people do this.I'm thinking about switching my prescriptions to one of the Walgreens down the road.It would save a lot of stress.Don't come three the drive-thru if you're in a rush!

Wanna update my review after all these years & say i STILL LOVE THIS WALGREENS!!! I've moved since my last review and still come to this specific location for everything! Even got my vaccines here and it was such an effortless process! Thank you!

This location is a complete disaster. They recently transferred my prescription to another state by typing in the store number incorrectly and due to that states laws they could not transfer it back. I went 4 days without my medication because of this, and they not only refused to take any responsibility or even apologize for the mistake, they blamed me for it when it was clearly their wrongdoing. Now I go to pick up my prescription yet again and the store is "temporarily closed" out of nowhere due to some kind of computer system failure. It's been closed for 4 days and no one has contacted me. I finally reached out to another local walgreens and they can only transfer my medication if I pay out of pocket for it, which I cannot afford. If your health is truly dependent on medications, don't expect them to be reliable in any way. Also don't expect any response from customer service or cooperate if you try to bring issues to them.
