Location of terrible service: Fresno at Blanco, in San Antonio. I have walked out in disgust TWICE at this location. The reason: the employees who should be attending to walk-in customers are very lazy. And they have attitude, as if you are bothering them when you ask when they can help you. At this location a large Hispanic teller behind the counter was busy on his computer terminal. I asked how long he would be. His answer: about ten minutes. There was no attempt to be of service. No call to another teller who sat at nearby desks doing ______? It may be further away but I drive willingly to the downtown location on Augusta because those tellers are very friendly and attentive. They take pride in their work. Not like the SLUGGARD I encountered at the Edison Branch.

No wonder they only have 1 star. They can't seam to get their stuff together at the Vance Jackson location. Loan officer Adrian especially. He acts like knows what he's talking about, and he's completely unhelpful. No even willing to listen. I'm getting rid of this bank account asap!

This bank, is a sad sad place. My mother has an account with them, she could not afford her payment, so she surrendered her car, the manager made her close her accounts, taking whatever money she had out. Then they received her stimulus check ( in what was supposed to be a closed account) and are holding it captive, saying she must pay $900 for the repo, when clearly she could not afford it, and needs that money to survive. This is not the kind of business that loves people. Half the world cant pay, half of the work force is hurting, businesses everywhere are making accommodations, not stealing peoples money. This is a terrible place. The way she was treated and spoken to, made me feel broken for my Mom.

Not friendly. If I could I would go back in time and never process my car loan through them and take another institution. Literally the most annoying branch. They had a great on inside the Bandera HEB but that one is gone so I suffer with these talking trash cans every month *instert sad crying face emoji*

I've been with Rivercity Federal Credit Union for 23 years-Since it was Telephone Federal Credit Union-. They are fantastic. Excellent customer service at all branches, never make errors, handle fraud cases diligently and professionally. It's easy to get a line of credit loan and take out of IRA if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are 100 times better than Bank Of America, Wells Fargo, USAA,Generations, Security Service, and Chase. Check them out.

I'll give one star because they answered the phone. I'm a member of a credit union in another city, and this credit union is one of the "shared branch" group. But, I was told by phone that the service of a cashiers check is only available to their own members. That's not what the shared branch concept is about. Not a problem, CU down the road understands customer service.

Caution this institution use the right of offset aggressively. Do not know what it is look it up. It is a far from customer friendly thing and wrong. Most banks will not think of using Right of Offset but this institution will not hesitate to us Right of Offset Beware.

They participate in share branching! Woo hoo! I asked for a share branch slip, I was handed one, and the employees were all willing to help me when I was ready. The manager was the one who ended up taking my transaction and he even verified some personal information. I told him thank you for double checking because some places don't do that. He happily told me, "No problem!" He gave me my dinero and I was on my way out in less than 5 minutes. Very convenient too given that they're right in the HEB I frequent the most. :)

I went to this location to open the accounts and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend other people to join.
