Why during flu season is Walgreens not offering walk in appointments? The "very nice" pharmacy technician was kind enough to explain that they are only taking appointments every 15 minutes to make sure they are able to keep up. Yet when I looked there was only one person waiting for his shot so the system did not see to be working as well as she explained. Also you cannot make an appointment in person, you have to make the appointment online or by calling their 1-800 number which is such an inconvenience. Walgreens must do better, especially since flu season just started.

I guess one of the things that really upsets me and others is when you make an appointment there is an expectation that I will be taken care of at a reasonable time. Say within 15 minutes at the most, if no why make an appointment. It is now well past the 45 minute mark and I don't think they actually care. Terrible customer service and not the first time!!!

Went in to use the atm and I was stopped at the door saying they closed at 9:00pm. It was turning 9 as I was already in the door but the person that came in before was allowed in and nothing was said to them nor were they made to leave.

Pretty bad, went shopping there tonight and asked to use the restroom (you have to as they're locked) as I was having some bowel troubles. The cashier told me the mens restroom was broken, since they're individual restrooms I asked to use the womens restroom, she told me that one was broken too. When I expressed incredulity that both bathrooms were broken she said her manager told her to lock both restrooms and that's why they couldn't be used and if I wanted to use the restroom I had to speak to her manager (So she lied about them being broken for some reason? I didn't quite understand) This is so bizarre to me, I just wanted to use the restroom while I was shopping. What a strange place.
