The Store Manager says they do not know how digital coupons work. Therefore they do not accept digital coupons at this location. I had to go to a different location and they accepted my digital coupons from the Walgreens app.

PHARMACY : Pathetic communication and customer service. Walgreens (West Avenue) - "We don't have that medication here. Pick it up at Walgreens (San Pedro) but give them about 20 minutes." 30 MINUTES LATER Walgreens (San Pedro) - "I'm gonna get it ready for you. Give me about 20 minutes." "CUSTOMER" - "The West Avenue store said to give you 20 minutes, 30 minutes ago." Pharmacy Tech - "Well, who did you speak with over there because I don't think our pharmacist didn't them a specific time." I'm DONE! SHOP CVS!!!!

I have been going to this location for many years. It wasn't until the Pharmacy drive-thru's speaker/microphone on the left side broke that things started going awry. It has been broken for over a year now. Every time you wanna use that side of the pharmacy drive-thru you have to yell into the money/medication drawer the pharmacist and staff slide open to talk about and purchase very important expensive medications that can be very dangerous if not taken correctly. That's actually not why I am writing a review. This is about the new pharmacist that I have experienced twice now. The past pharmacist that I loved was an asian woman who was incredibly kind, caring and loved her job. She remembered me and my family. And was very good at her job. This new pharmacist has a head wrap and sounds foreign. No problem there at all, this is just to describe her so people know who I am referring to. She does not know how to treat people who suffer from mental illness such as myself, nor people in general from what I have seen firsthand. She is incredibly rude, has no patience if you are seeking important information on meds that need to be taken with extreme caution (which is me). I could not hear her yesterday when I was going through the pharmacy drive-thru after repeated attempts of sticking my head out of the window and cupping my ear just to hear her. She yells at the top of her lungs at me; and I mean YELLS like it's bloody murder. I could hear the other employees just fine since before her and during the time the speaker has been down. Just made me feel like she was taking out her anger out at me. I even have told other people about my experience, including my wife and therapist, and they all agree this location should be avoided including that Pharmacist. It's been so bad that I am avoiding this location and frantically searching for a new location or new Pharmacy all together. I'm thinking of an independent one that's 25 minutes away because of this.

I made a photo book "online" for my uncle's 90th birthday. It turned into a disaster so I returned it and asked for help. The manager, Edith spent the afternoon with me showing me how to scan, crop, edit, etc. until we had the perfect photo book. I have never seen such patience from a Walgreen's employee. And, she gave me a coupon to boot.

Rudest location I've ever been too. I call at 8:34 pm and ask what time they stop doing Western union services. The lady (older lady with grayish hair) told me 9pm. So I run half a mile with asthma to make it in time and i find out it's 10pm not 9. No big deal because I made it in time and mistakes happen. But when I casually mentioned that to the lady by saying "I ran all the way here cause you said 9pm but it's actually 10pm not 9pm" And the lady said nothing but rolled her eyes at me. If I'm in a situation where I'm running when I'm not supposed to, to pick up $40 so I can feed my kid because my check is late and I'm nice to you even though I'm having an awful day and because of you i just ran when I really physically cannot, the least you can do is be polite and not be a judgemental j**** And when I told the other older lady at the front "Thank you" after buying a $1 water she just went "Mhmmm" and up and downed me. No one is making you work there. It's so easy to be polite, I just don't get it. Never going back.
