I ordered curb side and did a survey. Next day, I received a call from the guy who pushed my items out ( took him over 15 mins to bring my items out) and they "followed up" with a phone call asking what's wrong with my order. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. I took a survey for my over all experiences that I've had with H‑E‑B curbside and now I get harassed by the curbside shoppers if you don't leave a good review in the survey. No where did I ask to be contacted about my experience.

Hello everybody I just wanted to let y'all know that the Heb Alon, which is located at NW. Military Highway and Wurzbach Parkway one this Heb used to be really nice really awesome really cool fun people recently they decided to change all their prices change their ways they do business one changing all the food and arrangements and other items around. Nobody knows where anything is nobody is friendly anymore. Everybody looks at you like well. You can look it up on the app you can look it up on the App, you know nobody's around to help you no more the isles are always dirty people don't seem to care anymore. It's hard to find stuff now they used to be really good on stocking the shelves. All the shelves are bare and if you ask somebody where is this item? They don't know where it's at or like well we don't know anymore where it's at you're not to either one go onto the app and look for or ask a manager you can never get any assistance. The wheelchairs are always dead, there's not enough shopping carts the security guard that works there is mean as hell I won't let you park in front to pick up wine your grandma or your aunt or an elderly person that can't hardly walk or use a walker or use a wheelchair. They are rude as hell so just to let y'all know please do not visit this. Heb and I probably won't go back there. I've been going there for the last 6 to 7 years since it's been built I probably won't go back.

This spacious, modern HEB has been my go-to since it opened and I still think its the best in town. The aisles have a good flow, the cashiers are friendly and the entire store feels well-run and well-stocked. I am particularly fond of the "little carts" the store makes available to shoppers for quick in and out maneuverability.

This is definitely one of the nicest H‑E‑B 's. The selection is excellent and a large selection of seafood. They make fresh pizzas also.

At what point is HEB my HEB? I shop every weekend at Alon and regardless of the time the staff in produce makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I compete with shippers, HEB stocking staff and the I could care less staff that shops for pick up. Today topped it. I watched as customers navigated their way through produce while staff left their carts and stocking products out. While I enjoy obstacle courses NOT on a Sunday and NOT at my HEB. So better! Be aware and make shippers feelLike a priority.

The Pharmacy employees are consistently rude, and unfriendly. They don't match up with the main store where all partners go out of their way to help. Sounds like an opportunity to train on how important customers are to the bottom line.

I go here instead of the downtown market when I need to find gourmet spices and ingredients. They have a good selection of special diet foods and beverages. I've used their curbside pickup and was very pleased.

This is my favorite HEB by far! The layout is easy to navigate and the it's always neatly organized and stocked. Their bakery is awesome and the mgr (Cass) is friendly and helpful

I was at this H‑E‑B earlier today, and my cashier was Alex Medina. She was very sweet and very patient with me, she absolutely exceeded my expectations. H‑E‑B really does have the best employees. I hope to see Alex again next time!

With inflation so rampant I would like to see HEB go back to being a grocery store and not a catch all concierge service . All of those extra employees or sub contractors are costing us regular shoppers way too much money. There used to be a marked different in price of groceries at HEB vs Whole Foods..not anymore. Or uf so it is nominal where it was once exceptional.

I love this H‑E‑B and it's location. I grew up in this area and shopped here as a kid and it always gave me a good vibe. It has never changed. The Alon Market is probably one of the best HEBs in San Antonio hands down. Anyone that has lived here for years will tell you. There is nothing bad to say about this place. The workers here are all nice and welcoming, the store is always clean and everything runs smoothly every single time I come here.

The curbside pick up is amazing! I love the process, it's so much simpler now! I think the added curbside building and the additional added parking helped a great deal!

The Alon Market is a fave of mine! I love the pizzeria and the wine selection here! They always have the freshest produce! And one of the largest selections of prepped and ready foods! The fresh pressed juices are a nice touch as well!
