I went simple today with my nails but simple or going all out TV Nails never disappoints. My tech is always gentle and she takes her time to make sure my nails are as I want them. She does my daughter’s nails as well. The service here is all around amazing. Thank you TV Nails for always being amazing. Keep up the great work!

I came in with my sister. She wanted a full set and I asked for a pedicure. We were seated, and I had my feet soaking for so long the water went cold. When it was finally time to start, an older man did my pedicure.
I asked him twice for warm water. He ignored me at first, then finally warmed it up, but honestly, I should’ve taken the hint right there. I understand they were closing soon, but if that’s the case, don’t rush through the service.
He didn’t remove my calluses properly, to the point where I had to ask for the pumice stone to do it myself. Only after that did he actually finish the job correctly. The massage was rushed, barely touched the bottom of my feet, and he just rubbed my ankles for a few seconds.
Then came the hot towel part. He used a tiny amount of exfoliating cream, rubbed only the front of my legs, and wrapped the towel so poorly it was hanging off both sides. I literally had to rewrap them myself.
To top it off, he told me the color I picked was a $10 upcharge. I didn’t mind that if the pedicure matched the service description but it didn’t. This was the “Treat Yourself” pedicure, and it was anything but. Change my color ..sad cause I'm a great customer.
Maybe a different nail tech would’ve done it better, but either way I won’t be coming back. My sister might return, but I’ll be finding somewhere that actually gives the care they advertise.
