I have a monthly membership with Wet N Jet car wash. The car wash has been down for over a week but they refuses to do any type of refund although there are no other locations in San Antonio.
I will never use this car wash again.

Car wash used to be good with old management. These days aren't the same. This oversized employee, named Albert, is really rude and has a terrible odor. Maybe HE should run himself through the wash. Very bad customer service.

Warning! do not use your debit card at this place. I’m almost sure that individual that run that place know that your card is going to be charged among the $5 minimum charge- it was my first time visiting this place - never again !! I was expecting to get $1.50 wash going around 2x but there’s a $5 minimum that’s fine- I pressed stop ? at 4:30 why was My card charged $20!! I went back to ask this individual- in order to keep the scam he got going on he tell me maybe someone came in behind me and used my card info (a hole) wouldn’t refund it- police gave me report # about all they can do and yes I did call the police its the principle bc he was an a hole be careful using your debit card at this individuals‘s place.

My husband went to use your self serve car wash in converse, and it scratch his whole new truck with the brush! No worker was available to let them know about the problem. I have tried to call the number listed and no one answers.

Where to start, go somewhere else. Horrible customer service. Glad they have competition coming across the street and they go out of business. I hope an owner or manager reaches out about how lazy and unprofessional the workers are.

High pressure soap along with other options haven't worked in months. Vending machine with towels and such is broken and keeps your money.
