I hate that im having to do this, i applied here a month ago, had to call after 2 weeks to get an interview call twice to check on the status, and on the second time i got someone named kim i think who told me my rehire application was never sent to hr. But they got it sent in last Wednesday, and i called today 4/22/23 to ask about my application whoever answered the phone didnt seem to know how to communicate to get more information or ask any questions to answer my question sat on the call for 7 minutes of silence. Where i could hear the entire employee area i could hear the drive through order taker taking orders, i probed a few times to make sure the line was still connected but no one said anything. Ive never had this bad of an experience trying to apply anywhere much less whataburger, and ive been really patient with them since i know they are having trouble with their new hiring system. But every other manager minus kim and the one guy who helped me set up the interview have not been very knowledgeable or helpful.

Just because I decide to eat late at night doesn't mean I've been out drinking and don't care about my meal. The burger looked like a toddler put it together, and the fries were cold.

I ordered a number 1 with extra cheeseAnd they gave me a number 1 without any cheese at all. So I went back and asked for it, the cashier went to tell the manager, the manager then told her "I want to scream." A manager shouldn't be complaining about having to fix my order. I was calm and cool about it. Manager wanted to scream and have an attitude. 4/11/24 7:00 pm

Very disappointed. Driver took an hour after promised delivery because she was making more than one delivery in the wrong direction. Food was cold. Ice was melted. No ketchup or mustard which was requested. I want my tip back!

Manager Ruth Ann likes to prejudicially harass customers that are picking up personal online orders I been selected by her more then 3 times now this time she went as far as saying she needed a receipt with the order # and username used on the account which I showed her while taking to my husband that has the app on his phone I showed her everything that was sent to my husband and she said it wasn't enough it had to have the order # and name which it did but she was to busy wanting to harass me that she said it wasn't there. No other manager or employee ever ask an online order customer for more then their name on the order, i have literally seen Ruth Ann not ask other online orders for more then their names she is prejudicially selecting customers to harass this is not acceptable if they are going to ask a Hispanic person for evidence of purchase they need to ask everyone selecting only certain people is very rude and suspicious on so many levels

For a fast food joint this Whataburger location has been extremely consistent over the years. I live down the street, I'm a medical professional that works 13-15 hours a day. So when I get off of work it's late. My wife or I don't always like cooking when it's late so whataburger is one of our go to's.We've been going here for close to a decade and we have rarely had any problems with our orders which is nice. The folks are always nice and easy going. The food is good, nothing special but it can hit those spots.The drive through can sometimes be pretty busy late at night, or it can be fine it can be hit or miss. But regardless of how busy the drive through is, they usually do a pretty good job at getting you in and out. I do highly recommend this place.

This young boy was so rude and disrespectful. As I was ordering I heard one of the workers in the backround talking mess about our big order. When I confronted them about it he made his voice deeper and then was like “you are not worth talking about trust me” they made the food horrible and it was all cold. Just gross cutomer service.

Huge shoutout to team member Linkin for offering me his phone charger. I was in the middle of a DoorDash delivery that I would not have been able to complete without my phone and he let me charge with his phone charger while I waited for the order to be completed. I always appreciate when someone goes above and beyond their job description to provide great service. 10/10

We drove through for a burger.I haven't asked for bacon in a long time. Now I remember why. My bacon was chewy. I honestly couldn't finish the burger. That's kind of disgusting
