Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. She didn’t let me leave empty-handed and made sure I felt confident in what I chose. She took her time, listened to what I was looking for, and was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Her customer service was outstanding. Every time I go to Windsor, Jasmine is always there. I shop last minute because I’m a procrastinator. I know that I never have to panic because Windsor always has the cutest things for all events. Jasmine only has to ask me like two questions before finding exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Love her and Windsor!!! Definitely recommend.

I came in the other day in desperate need of wedges for an event and although they didn’t have my size, Dakota was really that girl & suggested some nearby places I should try. Incredibly helpful. She knows exactly what she’s doing at sales & she’s great at it. Also got the cutest dress so it all worked out ;)

Dakota was absolutely phenomenal. She literally did everything she could to find exactly what I wanted. She asked all the right questions paid attention to detail and made sure I had options. Her customer service and sales approach is top tier!!! Keep her around I was literally going to leave and try to find what I wanted at another store but Dakota went above and beyond and I got what I wanted thank you so much!!!!😊

Super cute, sparkly glittery dress, which i love, love, love it. Short, mid and long, all have. Fell on mid rage of price, a bit pricey if you are on tight budget. Rarely have sales but i might be wrong as i shop at windsor for the first time. Customer service okay.
Cashier explained this and that patiently. Returns the next day was quite easy as well.
Missing a star because most of dress and clothes are on xs,s,m. Hard to find L, even more so XL. (My size sometimes L, sometimes XL, depending on material and brand)
Will visit again if there is wonderful sales/promotion going on

I live in Mexico City and came to SA to visit family. I decided to go shopping, (I later found out) was a day where schools were out and not all businesses were open. When I arrived at Windsor there were a LOT of ppl inside. The line to the dressing room had about 15 people in the line. Next I see this worker running around, literally running, back and forth, counting items, placing people in the dressing rooms, running back to the store to place the items people didn’t want back in their correct spot. When I got to the front of the line I asked her name, Anyssa was her name. Y’all THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAISE!!! She was sweating from running back and forth so much. I attempted to give her a tip for all her hard work, for which she politely declined. She was AMAZING!! You would think should we be flustered from all the work she was doing, but no, she was kind, polite, respectful and very helpful. Thank you Anyssa for all your hard work. Sometime we don’t realize or give these hard workers enough credit for what they do. This girl deserves it!!!
