every week we stay there, today I made a reservation and checked in as usual at 9 am but the staff said there were no rooms available yet and asked me to come back at 12, and I came back at 12 but he said there were no rooms available yet, I had to wait 1 hours left, do I have to turn back 3 times? very annoying. but someone comes and checks in and he gets a room, how can this happen? I am very unhappy with this, I think first come first get. Today I am very dissatisfied. and the male staff member was named ELIJAH.

I have been staying at the Stone Oak location for 2 months now and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in its always clean and smells nice. The location is perfect, there's plenty of stores and restaurants. The laundry room does have a convenient app so I can wash anytime of the day.

I stayed there on Saturday 05/11/24-05/12/24. I had a bunch bedbugs bites all over my thighs and waist. I stayed in room 414. I made a report to them already.

I guess it serves a purpose for people who want a 1 or 2 day stay. Clean, cheap, small newer looking, thin walls, bare essentials . If u have the money like $150 a nite stay elsewhere.

I can only say that my experience was not good at all. Everyone is very unprofessional staring with the manager Amanda, some other lady I don't know her name. First of all, there famous for having a broken elevator all the time! I was there with my mother because were planning on moving to SA and we were threated really bad, the manager Amanda very disrespectful. unprofessional lady... she hung up the phone on me. IF you have old parents don't bring them here. The last time their elevator was broken it was broken for 6 weeks. I would never recommend anyone. This lady had me checked out and called the cops on me for asking her to refund me because I was going to another hotel. I was upset but, they were very rude!!!DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY, ALL THEIR LOCATIONS ARE MANAGE BY THE SAME MANAGER. AMANDA AT LEAST IN SAN ANTONIO.ALL I ASKED WAS TO BE MOVED FROM ROOMS.... AND IF THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE I WANTED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER WOODSPRING WITH A WORKING ELEVATOR. I HAD MY HANDYCAP MOM AND MY TWO DOGS. I TOLD AMANDA IF SOMETHING HAPPEND TO MY MOTHER I WOULD SUE THE HOTEL OFCOURSE! MY MOTHER IS UNDER MY CARE CINDY!I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS! THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD, IT SMELL HORRIBLE LIKE WEED. YOU LADIES SHOULD WORRY ABOUT THIS. ITS NOT LEGAL!!!!AND FIX THE ALARM IN THE ROOM, IT KEPT GOING OFF!

HORRIBLEEEEEE, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, SMELLS HORRIBLE SPECIALLY 1ST FLOOR. SMELLING LIKE WEED ALL THE TIME. VERY GUETTO MANAGER AMANDA IS VERY RUDE. THEIR SHEETS SMELL LIKE NOT CLEAN. TAKE YOUR FAMILLY TO BETTER PLACES LOOK UP OTHER HOTELS.

My two night stay at Woodsprings Suites Stone Oak could not have been more pleasant. This property is immaculate and the extreme amount of professionalism demonstrated by all staff members made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend Woodsprings Suites - Stone Oak!

I've tried staying in several hotels to move, but this is the best. No carpet, no bugs at all. Everything is as good as new. All the staff is friendly and I feel very safe here.I strongly recommend this place.If I come back to Texas, I will come here again.I've been staying here for two months and leave this Sunday.Thank you for everything. - Hyeon
