Took my phone here to be repaired. Had a broken screen. charged me 100 to repair screen. The screen does not work and after coming here several times to find the store closed during hours they said itvwould be open. Wasting 3 days of work I ended up having to take my phone to a more reputable place after waiting 3 days for Scam artists Woodys to repair phone correctly. They never repaired correctly and refused to fix issue and even kicked me out of store after realizing they couldn't come up with a reasonable explanation for scamming me. These people are used car salesmen. I would never return, ever and recommend nobody goes to this hole in the wall unless you want to get scammed, have your battery stolen and hone not operable after days pf waiting for it.

They seemed knowledgeable and were friendly. The price was in the ballpark. The thing is it was only supposed to take a couple of hours to replace my charging port but it has been 6 days and when I went to pick it up it STILL was not done. At first he couldn't even find it! If I hadn't paid in advance I would have taken my phone and left. It's supposed to be ready tomorrow. 7 days for a two hour port replacement. It had better last a long long time.Also, they only accept cash.

Ms Brenda is very attentive And very knowledgeable of the services She can provide to fix your phone. I also like how you can wait and watch TV on a big screen with a movie while you wait! .? She also has phone sim cards and more.

Brought my iPhone plus my Samsung wireless phones. Both fixed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else . Such professionals knew exactly what 2 do 2 get my phones working perfectly. Not 2 mention they stay open till 7pm. So dropped off during my lunch break was perfect timing. Noticed that it has been remodeled. Super Clean. Plus with all the stuff about Covid-19 they take precautions 2 wear masked. This alone proves they care 4 their customers. It’s better 2 be safe then sorry. No money in the world is worth going somewhere else just 2 save a few bucks. I’d better go where not only I can get my phones fixed . Then get sick trying 2 fix them. I highly recommend Woodys Wireless. Thank goodness 4 them. God Bless your Business. Extremely Happy Customer.
