I had a nail in my tire that was informed to me by another place who suggested I bring it to the dealership, Glad I did they were able to fix my tire, the other place probably would have suggested a new tire. A two hour wait time, on a Saturday wasn’t bad. I walked to get something to eat since this location is by three restaurants. That took away one hour.Customer Service and friendly staff is always greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

ZERO STARS !Service department is crooked and cannot keep their story straight. My son’s car has been there for almost 2 weeks and we were told it’s “in diagnostics and should be another 1-2 weeks”. None of which makes senseFinally the individual in the phone admitted they hadn’t even touched it yet — in spite of my son being told the other day it HAD been touched already !During this call the service person stated the car wouldn’t be looked at until January at least.At which point I had to inquire why did he even make an appointment then ?He told me every dealer is like this and I said that was a lie because my other son took his Hyundai to a different dealer and didn’t have this issue.So he threatened us with having to start over if we take it somewhere else. .Explain what an appt is for ? ?I knew this place was awful I just didn’t realize they apparently consider their customers as stupid either.ZERO STARS***

Horrible service! Don’t buy a Hyundai!They claim to have a great warranty on their vehicles but their wait time is months out and when you do finally take your car in for service the Writers have no idea what is going on with your car.I literally showed up everyday to get an update on my car and they never had anything new to tell me.I left my car for a week and literally had it diagnosed after day 5.After finally getting it diagnosed they tell me the part my car needs won’t be there for another week.My car is still not fixed!Unless you are willing to be without your car for weeks to have it serviced and you’re willing to babysit adults to make sure they are doing their jobs STAY AWAY!

These guys were very easy to work with. Gil was a fantastic sells man. Ending up buying two vehicles within a week from them. Highly recommend.

My experience here was amazing! Brandon my service specialist was very helpful and didn't try to up sale me on unnecessary service. The GM was there and he was also very helpful. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I had just about given up on World Car Hyundai North. Their customer service was the worst. However, over the past few months, a new sheriff (Paul Ortega) arrived in town to save the day! He is finally getting the service department in shape, namely by hiring John Seabers. Between the two of them, I was FINALLY able to get my brakes (factory defected) replaced. It took about 5 months and several service trips, but the job is DONE and I'm a happy camper. I can't say enough good things about Paul and John, beginning with their wonderful communication! (Before they arrived, I could never get anyone from the service department to return my calls, even to make an appointment!) Thank you for a job well done. I will stick with World Car North as long as Paul and John are there!

Great experience with World Car Hyundai North Service Department! John Seabers, Service Advisor, was very helpful. Turn-around time for multiple requests was wonderful. Had to get my window-switch replaced, and also have the anti-theft software installed, courteous of Hyundai. John walked past my rear window and reminded me that I needed a new wiper blade (which I would have forgotten about). Costs were reasonable and I'm happy ?

Terrible experience. My car was there 6 months for repair. We always called and they would say, the tech will look at it to let us know. Finally, $5,400 repair agreed to. Then, we were told additional repairs were needed and they quoted $12K. We declined and said we would pick it up the next day and of course, it was not ready. A manager agreed to deliver the car to my house. Their driver said it runs great. Glad I did not approve additional repairs. I am not a happy customer and would not recommend them.

I really appreciate the excellent attention and service Brandon provided during repair of my 2020 Palisade. He was very personable, very professional, and sincere in getting my vehicle repaired under warranty. I truly believe that Brandon is a very honest and sincere service representative who cares about customer satisfaction. Based on my experience with him, I truly believe he deserves consideration to serve as a service manager, as he has the personality and positive attitude to get the job done. Brandon represents World Car North in the highest fashion.

I purchased a car with my daughter from World Car Hyundai North. Marisa Allende was our sales agent. This was one of her first sales. She was so sweet. It was a joy to work with Marisa. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She already knew so much about the Elantra we were purchasing and the finacncing details. Every question we had, she either answered on the spot or zipped into the office and returned with a complete answer. My daughter was excited and Marisa did such a nice job showing her how to use all the technology of the car and the Hyundai app. We highly recommend World Car Hyundai North and Marisa Allende.

I'm leaving this review to hopefully correct something that I think is major with the service department here.About 2 years ago, I was driving my car on the highway when it suddenly stopped accelerating as it should. I drove it to the dealership and was advised to leave my car. It sat in the dealership for 2 weeks with no one calling me to provide an update. I eventually went to pick up my car and took it to somewhere else for repair. I discounted it as a one off incident but made up my mind that I will always wait while my car is being fixed in the future. I continued to go to the dealership.Fast-forward to the present day. About 3 weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment to have my brakes fixed, and I took it in for the appointment last Friday. I was told that I would have to leave the car with them since they need to order parts. I was scratching my head that I booked this appointment 3 weeks ago, and you should have ordered the parts, but I complied and asked for a ride home.Since I remember the experience that I had about 2 years ago, I tried to follow up on the status of my car but kept hitting the wall. No one appeared to be able to give me concrete information about what was going on.Finally I decided that I've had enough and decided that I was taking the car away from that place.What amazed me was that the Service Advisor didn't seem concerned at all.. He had this ridiculous air of arrogance about it and didn't feel they had done anything wrong. He could obviously care less that this is the only functional car that I have, and have been using Lyft and other means to get around.If you have to leave your car at this dealership to be repaired, if you're not a friend of the dealership owner, you will be left hung out to dry.One bright spot that I wish to leave is John, who went out of his way to try to help me get this resolved during the week, though he was not my advisor. John epitomizes what I call decent customer service.

I dropped my vehicle off for service and the service representative was great, he was pleasant and informed me that he would try to have it done by that afternoon. He called early afternoon and stated the vehicle was ready. Great service.

I was happy to find Branden after 3 months of waiting and feeling like no one knew anything about my car. I admit my frustration but I am thankful that the work was done. I hope that you are working through the backlog. It was uneasy when it felt like nobody knew where my car was and who was working on it. The 10% discount was at least a token gesture. I’m not sure that I will ever leave my vehicle for service in the future.

Came in for the 45,000 mile maintenance and tire rotation on my 2018 Kona. Adviser was responsive and courteous in going over what work was to be performed. Was told it would take two hours to complete but ended up be around 3 1/2. I went to Dennys for breakfast which is within walking distance and afterwards went back and waited out in the waiting area. After picking up my car it seems to be driving smoothly with no issues. I couldn't give 5 stars due to length of time waiting, but wasn't upset as I understand some things take longer than expected. Will be bringing my car back for future maintenance needs.

My family has been owners of Hyundai cars for well over 10 years. I upgrade mine every 2 years. Hyundai warranty is unbeatable. My cars have always been serviced at one location and sadly this last year the turnover there is disappointing. They’ve lost some valuable techs and gained a great service advisor. Sadly, after 5 appointments my issue is still not fixed. What’s worse is that it’s just a window trim piece that is still not installed correctly. I always have to leave work to go in and talk to someone or schedule an appointment because no one ever answers the phone and it’s been this way for months now. I’m definitely not the bragging, happy, customer for this location as much as I used to be and I’ve lost some trust with work performed on my car.
