Even without an appt was in and out quickly. Received great service even though they have some major construction going on. Worst part was the parking situation, and I have experienced way worse at dealerships that are not under construction. Everyone was professional and more than willing to help and direct you where you needed to go, and walk you there. Great group.

STAY AWAY!! They had my car for over 1 month to miss diagnose what the problem on my car was and still didn't fix the problem. Took it 2 times before that and they said they fixed the problem. Ernesto the maintenance manager has no communication skills, never answers the phone much less returns calls. Ernesto was no help at all and is a horrible representation of how this place is ran. The only thing Ernesto cared about was if we had warranty or not which we do. Spoke to the GM which is Hilton, he stated he would call me back with a solution.. 3 days later still nothing. I would never recommend anyone to buy or maintenance their vehicle here. Car was there for over a month for a 3hr job they did that wasn't even the problem!

Fabian was really helpful. And it was quick, he told me about an hour and yes, it was about an hour. Very helpful staffs too. They have a cozy sitting area for customers with free WiFi and coffee for coffee drinkers. I recommend people to take their cars there for servicing.

Oil change took over an hour, with an appointment. First oil change with new car, would have been VERY NICE to be told I had 7K miles, while sitting at 4350. Man that brought my keys to me was super sweet and comfortable waiting area.

Poor customer service and communication. My vehicle has had some issues since buying in October 9, 2023. I took my car in for repair and I never received communication on the status. So on day 4, I contacted them & they said I could pick up the car because the part would take 3 weeks to come in. On the 4th week, we left a message and never received a call back. We got a hold of the manager and he stated the part had come in 3 days before. During that time of waiting, another issue arose with the car. We tried multiple times & different forms of communication and never heard back. So when we dropped the car off on Dec 5, 2023 we let them know of the new issue. Well, it is Dec 18th & we have had no communication from them. We have called and left messages multiple times to find out the status of the car.I have been a customer with this place since 2016 and we never had issues & they had excellent customer service. These past 2 months have been horrible.

The entire place is under renovation . But that didn't stop the friendly workers. They still take good care of you. I was very pleased with my deal on a used vehicle. . Especially thankful to Andre the sales rep for his patience. And always greeted us with a smile . I can't wait to see the new showroom .thanks

First! After a rough experience at Steele Hyundai, New Braunfels. Had to look elsewhere. So choose, World Car South Hyundai. Was expecting the same treatment as before.But was pleasantly surprised! Spoke to the service manager. Who was very patient with me. They inspected the issue within 30 minutes. Gave a appointment for car to be repaired. Showed up 30 mins early. Car was pulled in at appointment time. 1.5 hours later. Was handed my keys. So I'm satisfied. Thank you!!!

I bought a new car from them two years ago this month. Every single interaction with them has been a problem. Every single oil change or recall has been an issue. I would recommend you shop elsewhere. The only reason we go back is to get the oil changes that I paid for upon purchase. The general manager Hilton is awesome but unfortunately almost almost every time I deal with them I have to call for the general manager.

It was different. I followed the signs to the trailer office, there were three gentlemen with the heads down in paperwork after 20 minutes passed. One picked his head up for a second to ask if I had a appointment? I said no, wanted to see if you had time if not, I'll mKe appointment for later. He said go to the back trailer, and they will call you. They did really great then, only 10 minutes. Came back in time they stated to me, my car was ready. Then they made me walk all the way back to the last trailer. They were all confused could find my paperwork. Girl cashing me out was not even acting there was a paying customer infant of her. My person, came in with my paperwork explained it all to me got me to sign. Then I get a hold of the paperwork the cashier snatched it out of my hands saying this not your, I said where is mine then? She dosent know, so she calls my person he comes back, it's right in front of her, how frustrating.

Even with an appointment you will still have to wait over 2 hours. It appears they even forgot to tell us our vehicle was ready. They only realized when we asked for a status. Customer Service is okay, however I would still not recommend this place.
