Zena’s customer service was 10/10. This is our second time using the Kia services department and both times have been better than expected. We are very lucky to have a service department we trust and enjoy returning to.

This was the first time at this location and it was A great experience. Betty, my service tech was very useful and knowledgeable. She gave me plenty of options and a list of What Gabriel recommends for my vehicle. I will definitely bring my car there for service again in the future. Thank you again Betty. See y’all soon.
