I have had my used truck in their repair shop since October 2. I have had little to no contact with them as to how the repairs are coming along if even are being made. Thru my own efforts of contacting them i have managed to find out that repairs are at a stand still because a part needed is no longer being made. Apparently they are having a hard time farming this part out. I have inquired as to a loaner vehicle and been given nothing. I understand vehicles break down and parts are hard to locate and repairs need to be done properly but the level of communication and effort to help a customer while the vehicle is in repair is not there. I would not recommend this place to anyone at this point. Presently i have not been given any update on repairs or if part has been located. Today is now 11/15. The vehicle is still in their shop.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ DAY WITH THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!After dropping the vehicle in the morning off we were expecting a call around 12 p.m. for an update, but by 5 p.m., we decided to contact the dealership ourselves after no calls about our cars.My partner encountered a series of challenges, including disconnected calls, misdirection to incorrect departments, and eventually, a response from a representative promising to investigate and return his call.Subsequently, we opted to visit the dealership in person. Upon arrival, we observed dealership personnel engaged in casual conversations. While we were offered drinks numerous amounts of times we were already frustrated and wanted to talk to someone.After standing around for a while we finally had someone come over and ask us if we needed help. This staff member lied and said they contacted us about our car which was very far from the truth.The dealership informed us that their computer systems for diagnosing vehicle issues were malfunctioning and anticipated it to be fixed by the following day. Frustrated by the situation, we requested the return of our car.We waited an additional 20-30 minutes for the representative to return. When he did, we discovered that the technician had commenced work on our vehicle, (even though we requested the return of our car) and miraculously, the computer system was functional. They indicated the issue could potentially be attributed to the battery.When the car was initially dropped off the car in the morning, my partner had mentioned the possibility of a battery issue to the dealership's staff.The representative then informed us that the problem was with the battery but expressed their unavailability to supply a Nissan battery, which was"interesting" for a Nissan dealership to not have a Nissan battery.To our further astonishment, they proposed selling us a battery for $300 and required us to leave our car until the following day for installation. We declined this offer, requesting the return of our vehicle for a second time. Given the long wait, they decided to waive the $185 fee for the diagnostic test that they seemed to only perform as we were threatening to leave with our car.Ultimately, we retrieved our car and took it too to Advanced Auto Parts, where we discovered that they stocked the required battery at a lower cost, $200. Additionally, the staff at Advanced Auto Parts identified no significant issues with our battery. All diagnostic indicators were registering green, and our check engine light and other warning lights had disappeared.My partner and I were left feeling as if we had narrowly escaped a scam attempt and would never visit World Car Nissan again.

Went with my wife to buy her a newer car. She found one she liked and she bought it. We did not have an appointment with anyone and a we were helped by by a young man Rashad and he was very polite and helpful. We also dealt with Derrick in Finance and he also was very nice and friendly and helpful. Glad we went there because my wife loves her new car and we were happy with the people that helped her get it.

These guys are great. I got a great deal on my Nissan everything was quick and easy I didn't get jerked around at all. Very happy with my experience at this dealership.

Go to South Park Nissan!!! Not this place... Zero stars!!! This dealership is horrible! Terrible customer service overall, poor quality of work, lack of leadership! They had my car for two weeks giving me the run around. Told me that there was a claim submitted through my warranty but two weeks later I decided to call the warranty myself only to find out they had never been contacted and there was no claim submitted. Also turned out that the lady working with me from the service dept had quit. It's no wonder they have their service employees quitting and having a quick turn around. This is all derived straight from the idiot that holds the title "General Manger", this guy is a joke and lacks leadership quality. Do not go here to get your car fixed!!!! Instead take it to South Park Nissan!!!! They gladly took in my car and was repaired and done less than a week! Totally worth the drive!!

Worst service center ever!! Drop my vehicle off at World Car Nissan on Wednesday evening to fix 3 recalls. Get back in town Tuesday(yes 5 business days later), go check on the vehicle and NOTHING has been done. They had no idea why it hadn't been touched. Leave it 1 more day (6 business days they've had my vehicle now) and still nothing has been done. Their excuse these last 2 days was the network is down and they can't reprogram it. Won't even give us a loaner car, we have to have the vehicle back as we need to return to work.Stay clear from this dealer and service center!!

Edward was professional yet personable. He was very patient with us as we did our best to make an informed decision on the used car we purchased a couple weeks ago. We had a positive experience and are happy with the car so far! Thank you Edward and World Car Nissan!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. No communication skills. I've been calling all week to get an update on my car only to be met with, "We will call you right back". Guess what never happened. I'm so irked and have had to calm myself down from lashing out. Not only that, they sold me a car with a bunch of problems that occurred before buying and after buying. They supposedly "fixed" a huge issue I noticed before purchasing and the issue resurfaced which is why my car is even in their shop. which by the way is water in the floorboard of the driver and passenger seats. Don't buy a car from here.

I am giving two stars because I was seen immediately and the waiting area was clean and smelled very good. Other than that, my experience was less than ideal. I’m still waiting—after a week—for a call back to see if I need to do anything for my car key to be replaced by my warranty, when I was promised a call back within the hour by Joey. The cashier kept bothering me about my nails, asking me if she could take a picture and send them to her mom because her mom had nails like mine before. ? I asked for my contact information to be changed in the system and judging by the email I received to complete this review, it wasn’t. I will not be returning to World Car because of the incompetence and overall interaction.

The dealership's service department has been proactive with me with regards to servicing my 2022 Pathfinder. I've seen some of the reviews from the past and I must say that my own experience has been EXCELLENT with both service trips I've had. I waited in the comfortable waiting area both times while services have been performed and the wait was not long at all. I would rate this service department with 5 stars based on my experiences.

I took my car in October 9th 2023. Today is October 25 2003. I still don't have my car back they've had my car for 3 weeks no one ever calls me back and gives me update on my vehicle I called them everyday they get so frustrated with me and no one still calls me back I leave messages. And as of today I still don't have my car and I don't know what's going on with my car.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with getting my car repaired at World Car Nissan. We took our car in to have the transmission oil changed on a Thursday. Somebody tried to call me and left me a message on Friday but I could never get in touch with anybody. My husband and I both tried multiple phone numbers multiple times on Friday. on Saturday morning I went in there in person to see if I could talk to somebody. It looked like they only had one advisor working. Once we got everything straightened out, they proceeded to do a couple of other things to our car. They were waiting for parts and he thought they would be in and installed on Monday. I never heard from anybody on Monday or Tuesday. I finally got a call from somebody on Wednesday asking how things were going. By then I was pretty upset because I hadn't heard a word from anybody. If my Nissan ever needs any more work done to it, I will NEVER go back to this shop. The fact that they go days without communicating with their customers is unacceptable. And the fact that both my husband and I left voicemails with multiple people and still no communication is bad business.

I was in the process of purchasing a truck from these people the sales person Edward Tristan was absolutely horrendous about communicating what needs to get done then they sold the truck out from underneath me when I was in the process of purchasing the vehicle I drove over an hour to try to get this truck and they let another person buy it I'm absolutely stunned as to how ignorant these people are to their customers and not even communicating that someone else was looking at the vehicle no transparency whatsoever terrible dealership will not ever let and friends or family or anyone I know purchase a vehicle from this company I repeat do not buy a vehicle here! Take your business to someone who appreciates your business and will treat you with respect.

I called and spoke to Cassandra over the phone about a certain vehicle online. She told me that she had to look into it and would let me know. I asked her if she didn't have that one to find something similar with a similar price range. She did and sent a full personalize video. Every time we spoke or text, she was absolutely on the ball and caring! I didn't buy from her this time because I was looking for the most affordable vehicle that fit our needs and it just happened to not be there. If I'm in the market again, I will go to her first. I recommend if you are in the car buying process to ask for CASSANDRA!

I made an online appt but they never confirmed. I showed up anyhow and luckily there was no line. However, I asked for the 30k service, which is oil change, tire rotation & checkup. They didn't do the tire rotation, claiming I didn't specifically ask for it. Actually I did. And even if I didn't, it's part of the 30k service. They acknowledged it's recommended with every oil change, but couldn't explain why they didn't do it. Such a disappointment. Next time I'll go somewhere else.
