Delivery not even attempted after twice coming to address. They say they get paid just to show up and do nothing. 0 review would be more appropriate for what I experienced. I took off my job twice to have nothing happen

It’s been a month and still haven’t received my package. I keep calling the office and each day they say it’s scheduled for delivery for that day and nothing arrives. No communication from the company or less I constantly call to get information but nothing changes.

Turning into this area at the entrance with a 56 is no small task so take all the space you need to turn .if you happen to pass the facility once you enter there's a roundabout up ahead which allows you to come from the the right setting you up for a non blind back

I scheduled my delivery online for Wednesday the 26th Dec. I got a voicemail several days later and was told that my package( a big piece of furniture) is delayed and will be delivered on Friday the 28th between 1-5pm. So I canceled my plans and stayed in to receive it. I didn't hear from them so I called them at 3:30 to make sure they are on their way and the guy on the phone told me that he'll contact the driver and give me an update but he didn't call me back. I called again after 5pm to find out that they weren't delivering my furniture, or worse they didn't know where it was. THEY LOST MY FURNITURE. The lady on the phone wasn't even apologetic and didn't even say sorry once. She just told me that they need to find it first and schedule the delivery the following week since this is Friday. My husband called them later and he talked to a guy and thankfully he located my furniture and scheduled the delivery the next day which is tomorrow. Fingers crossed I ordered the furniture at Costco online and they should use a different delivering company because this affects their reputations. I will never use this delivering company again.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Unfortunately our package is supposed to be delivered by them. We already scheduled with them three times and three times they were a no call no show. They work for Ceva logistics (which is not helpful either because most of the time they can't get a hold of the driver). So we keep taking time off at work and waiting for delivery but they are disrespectful AF. They won't even call too, you have to call them, and they lie to you. If you ever encounter them good luck and don't hold your breath! We are filing complaints everywhere we can and still not getting our package

My hockey team had a tournament at the Local ice rink and a few different players were flying in from Europe, Xtreme was able to get the equipment delivered on time from the airport and we ended up winning. They deserve all the credit for coming through in a crunch!

Great cartage service, our shipments are always where they need to be on time, I appreciate seeing the Xtreme trailer backing up to our dock because I know they always take care of us!
