This place is awesome! The teacher is very knowledgeable, loving, caring , and very helpful. I broke my back 2 yrs ago and am so looking forward to class errday

I love my yin yoga class with Aida she is an amazing teacher and the class is tough but relaxing. I A weekly class of self-love I highly recommend it!
