Absolute terrible service. Had a tech come out yesterday to do work on my Honda. This morning, first time starting the car since work was done, all dash lights on. Called and was told that there is a $150 charge for the tech to come out and do an inspection. Why am I having to pay $150 for something that was not an issue before the tech worked on my car??? Absolutely Unprofessional Customer Service !!! I will be posting this on all social media platforms. Shame on you, "Your Mechanic" !!!

Had my son's vehicle towed to Your Mechanic since it would not start. Mike and his staff are awesome in working with you. They ended up replacing the starter. This is not the first time I've used them. My wife takes her car there for oil changes, and they are great at recommending what is needed to keep your car running great. I also had taken my other son's vehicle there because it was running a little rough. Later that day, they called and mentioned that one of the ignition coils needed to be pushed in, and it ran great after that. They did not charge me for that. I highly recommend this shop for repairs, or if you plan on buying a vehicle, pay a small fee for them to thoroughly look over the car to see if there may be any problems. Your Mechanic is a great, reputable place for your automotive needs.

I took my car to 3 other mechanics before I brought it here. No one can find what’s wrong with this. This company made it happen. Fixed my car same day!! Great service!!

Excellent. I brought my car in with one specific problem and a few vague ones. They fixed them all at a reasonable price. Honest. Personable. Good. What more can you ask for in a mechanic?

I've been coming to this repair shop for my Lexus cars since 2011. The folks here are honest and trustworthy. And their prices are much lower than at a dealer service center. Never sell you anything except what's needed. When my old car had a list of things it needed, they laid out which ones were a priority to fix and which ones could wait. I have total confidence and trust in them!

I was out of town, visiting my daughter, I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a light came on my dash that said my Stop/Start was not ready, it was too hot or to cold. This is when it is 104 outside. Then it came on and said car was hot. My daughter has used, YOUR MECHANIC, and called them and they got me in. They checked out the battery under seat and car battery, they checked everything. I went to pick it up and they did not charge me anything and would not take a tip. They were all very friendly and told me everything they did. After I came back home , I took it to my Jeep/ Dodge dealership, and they checked it and changed a code still couldn't tell me it was fixed, and charged me 125.00, and we have bought at least 8 vehicles from them. I was very upset that they charged and, YOUR MECHANIC, that didn't even know me, did not charge. They have my kids service and mine if I am visiting. I give them a 5 star rating.

I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint! This is the only mechanic I have ever trusted. I don’t even live in San Antonio anymore but whenever I’m in town I make sure I take my truck to Your Mechanic. Great people and great service!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service on wife's Toyota Sequoia. Super friendly, on time with my appointment, reasonably priced. Front rotors, brake pads and alignment. Will be happy to take any of my family's vehicles here. Thank you and great job.

I had an excellent experience at Your Mechanic. I'm not one to do reviews generally. However, I have to say the Glen, my technician, and Mike are stellar at not only keeping me informed but doing a tremendous job at finishing before I expected. Simply put, they made it less complicated and easy overall. And I really appreciate that. I would trust them within of my vehicles.

I need to take my car in for transmission work, so I called the 951 E Bitters location and Mike answered the phone. I asked for Alonzo, but he wasn't there. (That was not a big deal at all because I still had questions) Mike didn't check to see if there was anything he could help me with. After him saying no, I started talking but he just hung up the phone on me. With that customer service and the reviews complaining on the pricing, I don't feel good about taking my car here.update: they called back and gave a list of excuses and told me that it was an accident and they would NEVER hang up on someone intentionally but then when I started asking valid questions about the other negative reviews they denied giving service to, she was talking over me and getting defensive saying "WELL, if you *actually* LOOK at our reviews, you'll see....." but I was asking relevant questions and she told me I was irrational so she hung up on me again.This is the epitome of a company relying on passive aggressive bullying to obtain better reviews online.

I will never recommend company anyone to utilize their services. How does someone who works for this company, break a part of the car, order the wrong part, and now the car has to go to another company to get it fixed. Not only did Francisco not show up on time the first day of service, but he had the audacity to tell me to calm down because he was not only late, but ordered the wrong part, and had me waiting for a week. Now the another company is giving a quote of $600 for the part they broke?! Make that make sense. The company should be responsible for breaking the car & to fix it. To top it off, work is being missed & a child has no way of getting to daycare
