Water splashed onto my iPod and he took at look at it and now it works great. He communicates great and touches base with you during the process and texts pictures of what he is doing and even calls you up personal to let you know what is happening. This is the best guy in San Antonio for the job. Great work and communication and always follows up.

Did a great job fixing my iPod classic. Replaced the Hard Drive and charging port. There was no one in Los Angeles that had the parts to fix it so i sent it to zFixit and they did so good, you cant even tell the iPod was opened! these people are professionals, take my word for it!

So Apple totally left its customers out on a limb with the failing 30 pin connectors in the iPods. Right after my warranty ended mine broke. Spent hour on genius bars, online etc. They basically just said too bad, sorry. I found this site. Wanted to try to save my iPod (160 gb, sixth get classic) Finally read the reviews and placed trust in Manuel. His communication was flawless and quite simply he just FIXED it. Changes and syncs perfectly. So happy to see this level of dedication to a service industry. I'd give him 10 stars. Thanks Manuel.

After a botched iflash upgrade on my iPod classic, I thought it was time to say good bye. That is when I came in contact with Zfixit from the internet. I promptly paid for a power cable prepaid repair and sent off my device. I appreciate businesses that communicate with their customers and Zfixit definitely went out of their way to communicate with me. I received an email when Zfixit received my iPod. I received an email when the repair started and even when it was done. I've never found this level of communication in a company before. When I got that oh so sweet email that my iPod was rescued, the happiness ensued. I am amazed with the amount of work it took to repair my iPod that it came back in the great shape it did. The tech even mentioned to me the bent case (self-induced by me) and whether or not I wanted to swap it out or not. He ensured me he could rescue what I had. I decided to go with what they recommended. Now that I received my iPod back, its working better then ever. Any time i need screen repair, I know where to go now.

I sent them my I pod to repair and it was a great experience. The system is no hassle, they repaired quickly, the price was right and the shipment fast. I am about to send it again for a different problem. It beats Apple, last time it was expensive and had to deal with incompetent agents losing my information and snotty supervisors .

Awesome! When you have an original Nexus 5, looking for someone to repair the troublesome power button on it can be hard even in NY! Nearly every shop has the parts for any iPhone, but the parts for an "old" Nexus 5 will take a few days and will cost you more to fix. Enter zfixit to the rescue!! Sent in my phone, it was fixed over the weekend and was back in my hand by Wednesday. What more can I say? Great service :)

Manuel is the best mobile service technician in town. He knows exactly what he is doing. My Nexus 5 had some problem with the power button, it won't turn on and kept restarting while put to charge. Two of San Antonio's reputed mobile service centers were not able to fix it, one of them even charged me $30 just to diagnose what the problem was. Then, I googled and found Zfixit. I was skeptical at the beginning, but thought of giving it a try since the reviews were good for him. He works only on Saturdays. I took my phone to him, he saw it and told it can be fixed and asked 30 mins of my time. I waited in the alley and to my surprise, in just 30 mins, I got my phone back in working condition. Like icing on the cake, he gave 15 MONTHS warranty too. I found the price too to be very reasonable. Kudos and thanks to Manuel.

This s a top class service when it comes to ipod repair. I thought my ipod was unfixable and Manuel managed to save it and devoted so much labour it at such an affordable price. I had given him a limited time frame to work within because I was leaving the country, but he obliged and managed such a fast turn around in repairing the work. His communication around details of the problems and what needs to be carried out were so thorough during the repair. Highly recommended

I used the online prepaid repair process for a Galaxy S4 power button. I thought my phone was permanently dead. But ZFixit repaired the phone and returned it, done within a week. Now the phone works great. I will recommend these guys to all of my friends and family members for sure.

I had a very positive experience working with zFixit (and specifically Manuel), and plan to use them for any future electronic repairs! The power button on my iPod (6th generation) got jammed, and i took the device to the Apple store. The associate indicated that this was "a common problem" with the device, but they would be happy to fix it for the standard $65 fee. I was disappointed that the cost was so high, and decided to check out other options. After researching this problem (which seems to be quite common in this model), a lot of folks were recommending this company. I was a bit skeptical about the repair process, but Manuel answered all my questions about how I needed to get the device from the West Coast to Texas. He was professional, prompt in his replies and clear in his answers. My device made it to Texas, and Manuel had it fixed in two days. He sent me emails when the device was received, and once it shipped. In all, it was a seamless process, a great price for the repair and high-quality service. Thank you zFixIt for great service!
