This store is totally disgusting! All of the trash cans up against the front of the store are overflowing and leaking everywhere. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Hot and muggy inside store and restaurant! Jugs of urine at fuel pumps.

I had just got off a job and had to be back in a few hours so I stopped in at the 7-11 in San augustine tx tonight picked me up some food and a drink and sat back in my truck watching stuff on my phone... they called the police on me and said I hadn't bought anything... I'm surprised she got off her phone long enough to call in on me... I will never go to a 7-11 gas station again

The cashier was on her phone the entire time, never once said anything to me just continued to have her conversation. I tried to buy a bottle of mountain dew and the code red were expired from April 2023. Some of the regular mountain dew expired January of this year. This is the second time I've stopped there, the first time the women's restroom was horrible, and I had to ask for toilet paper again the cashier was on her phone behind the counter.

Disgusting place. You can definitely tell management gives 0 care for this place. Just keep driving by. Bathrooms are the worst I've ever seen! Trash literally everywhere.

The parking lot is littered with trash everyday. The trash cans are always over flowing. Trash accumulates on the ground beside the cans. Coffee is always empty. Never any flavored creamers. The grind-your-own coffee is also always empty. The heating box only offers a few slices of pizza. The hot roller grill is always empty. The chili/cheese machine is always empty. The small veggie tray beside it is also always empty. Whenever I go inside around 8AM, there are usually 3 employees in there. One of them is the General Manager. They are always very friendly and always say Good Morning when I enter. But with never having any hot food or drink options available, ill be going to the truck stop in Jasper, TX. from now on even though their fuel is more expensive. Whatever happened to taking Pride in what you do?

Definitely don't get diesel here.. pump is very very slow. Just wow.. never again.. 15 mins and only pumped 10 gallons

Literally the Worst store in America. Non working bathrooms, low stock, terrible customer service and people hanging around outside asking for money. Go elsewhere.

Cashier has bathroom closed sign on door but says they are being cleaned. No one else was in the store. Lazy and liars in this store.

Store very dirty. Open chip bag on counter for 2 days (that I’m aware of). Out dated product still has Christmas food items on self. Bathroom filthy no toilet paper. Employees sitting on counter or laying over counter not doing anything to maintain the store. Worst 7 eleven I have ever been to.

Fun fact, did you know this is the closest 7-Eleven to Shreveport, LA? It was nice to see the old store brand that I've long missed. Iced teas, treats, and even microwaveable foods.
