“I needed a part for my Raptor. I called Hixson and was put on hold for 7+ minutes. Then when the woman did answer the phone, no greeting whatsoever. And had a really bad attitude. I do have a choice where I spend my money and it will not be with Hixson.I called Jimmy Granger. They never picked up the phone.I called San Augustine and got Brian in parts right away.
