This has to do with online ordering/pickup. I placed an order on 8/10 and 8/11. They charged my account a pre authorization amount and then charged again when the order was complete. BOTH days which tied up quite a bit of my money.
Here we are 9 days later and I still don’t have the “pending” charges off of my account. They tried to blame my bank-wouldn’t be in this situation if you hadn’t charged me twice. I’ve emailed with corporate and that has been a run around also.
I won’t use this service again. Brookshire Brothers needs to do better when it comes to people’s money and their charges. 🥺

Had to get some groceries. Friendly help. Coming back home stopped in for some tub butter and sugar free oatmeal raisin cookies. The checkout lady was very nice.

Went to brookshires cause normally they have the best cilantro and peaches , but thr cilantro was black and slimey and the peaches were wilted with lots of spots. They both appeared to be last months stock. Well I guess I'll just have to start going back to Walmart. I just hate the drive.

Brookside Brothers is the closest grocery Store to Chireno Texas. While Nacogdoches has more options including Walmart, if your looking for meat sales one can shave off a couple miles and shop the best sales in the area.i have noticed the sales are different at this Brooksire Brothers than others in the area . A great place to shop meat sales, but on this occasion I was able to pick up a great deal on Blue Bell Homemade Ice Cream $4.99 when you buy two. I could not resist that savings of $8.00 Throw in excellent customer service and you have yourself a worthwhile shopping experience with savings that can't be beat.
